Dr. Addis has been my PCP for a number of years now. Before entering private practice, he coached my son in youth soccer.

As a physician, he is thorough and very straightforward with his patients. My son is now a patient, as well as my wife.

I highly recommend Dr. Addis for those in need of professional care.

Dr good but the front clerks needs some guidance cuz the attitudes not professional.

I hear Dr. Addis is a good Dr. but I wouldn't know. I moved to Danville in April and in May contacted the office to request an appointment with Dr. Addis as I was looking for a new primary care Dr.. It is now mid September and after multiple calls and stops by the office, filling out their paperwork I have received a letter saying that I would not be accepted as a patient. No explanation. I am certain this is due to the rudeness and incompetency of the staff. Six months is a long time to tell a diabetic he has to look for insulin somewhere else. Shame on them.

Dr.Addis, is a doctor who have been serving the Danville region for God knows according to my records, the office staff is rude, not attentive to patient care, don't return calls. And will bill u and keep calling In prescription for co insurance profits, my husband has been a patient there for over a year. And always had trouble with his diabetes. People hear this, at his visit he ask my husband when was the last time he saw an endologirist, or u kidding me he made the appt. And couldn't tell us the results, date or year, really and u call him a good doctor , the patient chart us pull up on all referrals and tests. Well this is what I got first u let him know my husband is not another number and co pay in this office and they didn't even test my husband who had high sugar, and weight lost within a month rapidly. Do u know we're my husband was left at folks of Danville in the hospital and was told that his primary should not have release him in that state. He may be a good person, but that's not a good doctor

Do not get me wrong, dr. Addis is a good doctor. But his receptionist and billing person ruined my whole experience with them. The receptionist had always been rude but today was the last straw. I went today knowing i had a scinus infection, they asked if i had insurance now and i did but i know i had given it to them previously but i pull out my card anyway. They only look at one side of my card which happend to be the wrong side which was my out of network provider and told me they dont accept my insurance based on my out of network provider (insurance b)when they do accept my in network provider insurance (insurance a). They were so insistant on it and wouldnt listen to me at all and talked to me as if i didnt even know my own insurance. I just finally said whatever and paid half of the 70 and they said theyd bill insurance b for the other half but that service provider would likely send a bill. I kept trying to tell them through all my dizziness and sicklyness i had insurance a. Even when i said id pay half to the billing person, the receptionist rudely asked if id rather go to the two urgent cares in town instead which would easily charge me $180 today. I said no but she was very insistant almost as if she didnt respect me as a human nor my decisions. I finally told her no thats final just let me pay half. She rolled her eyes and took her own sweet time as i was standing there dizzy and coughing before she finally asked for the money. Even after the fact of the receptionist, i heard a nurse saying to the doctor with very much attotude "she doesnt have insurance... well... she does but we dont accept it." I came home after my visit and getting my meds and looked it up on the insurance information and they do take my insurance they were just looking at the wrong one weather by accident or on purpose. I have kinda felt like ever since going there my first time that the receptionist didnt want me there and asking me to go to an urgent care where i would be paying MORE was very very rude. Im not saying do not go here, i think certain people would be accepted here more than others, and dr addis is very good. His staff is just very stuck up, lazy, rude, and incompetant.
