I received superb care at this emergency department when I broke my hip in March 2021. The nurses were friendly and attentive, the imaging techs were patient and gentle, and the doctor on duty, Mike Godard, was simply great. I'm very grateful that this place and this staff were nearby when I needed them.

This place is a nightmare. People go in, wait for hours, then get the worst care when seen. Had a case where there was a deep laceration on a leg. About 6 inches long, extremely deep cut.

Nurse pulls out lidocaine, doesn't use it. Puts in 8 staples, no numbing. Other nurse gives basically Alieve tablets for pain, half wraps the leg. No pain meds or anything prescribed. Just screws the patient, sending them out the door after a 30 minute procedure that took 4 hours of wait.

This place should be shut down. God knows how many people have died from their negligence.

I will NEVER go to this emergency room again! I would be absolutely ashamed of even running that hospital let alone owning it, They do not care for their patients. Never again!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

This place should not be called EMERGENCY anything! At least not for seniors! Past 3 times I've taken my elderly parents, they have had to wait 5 to 6 hours before even being put in a room in the ER. Then wait for a doctor. Staff is rude over the phone too!
