I've tried other units, but the Oil Works & Company OW-3000 is by far the best. It's quieter and more stylish than the other diffusers I've used, and it disperses the scent very well. You'll be surprised at how far the smell travels. I can even smell it as I walk upstairs! I give this commercial diffuser five stars!

High quality machine with excellent customer service. Ryan is awesome to work with. After losing several foggers due to a break in at our facility, Ryan jumped through hoops to get me some equipment so I would be able to complete jobs I had on the book. The machines themselves are quite solid, workhorses in fact. We have purchased both the battery powered and plug in versions. Best on the market we have seen and we have tried three other models.

Great company with a wide array of awesome products. John with customer service did an excellent job explaining the various oils and scents as well as the costs of the systems. I definitely support this local business and will continue to do so in the future!

Can't get over how amazing my house smells. I bought the OW-5000 for my house, and every single room of my house smells amazing. I am a smell junkie, and LOVE a good smelling house. I honestly was so tired and probably spending way to much $$ a month refilling each room with water/oils for my little diffusers, or candles, or wall plugs to keep the smells going. Now it's no hassle at all. I pick a new smell every couple months and my nose is in heaven. In Fact, my best friend came to visit last month, and she loved it so much that she ordered one too!! -Oh and the lemongrass is my absolute favorite smell.

I love the sleek look of the diffuser. OW-1000 is powerful enough to freshen up my first floor (1100 sq ft). Highly recommend.

I have it on Settings three and the entire house smells amazing we actually hooked it up directly to our HVAC so it powers through all of the vents. The most important part of this review is the customer service. The first unit I had I ended up hooking up wrong so I sent it back and they fixed it for me. Then randomly it started short circuiting. Without even asking the company sent me a brand new unit in a very short turnover time and The gym that I work for had a commercial air diffuser. I then searched online and found this company. I absolutely love my OW1000 (HVAC Enabled) system! I’ve been diffusing essential oils for many years. Before Ty and Jamie introduced me to the HVAC unit I was limited to the traditional water diffusers. The traditional diffusers only work in a small area, require distilled water and wear out quickly. The OW1000 fills my entire home with a clean fresh scent and everyone who visits compliments. My allergies are also better... I can’t say enough! Call Ty today - he’ll take great care of you!
