They did repairs for us after Hurricane Irma in 2017. They initially responded in a very timely manner considering the great demand caused by the hurricane. They gave us a reasonable estimate that was accepted by our insurance company, and did the work again in a reasonable time period, taking only one day to do the work. Repairs were great- no problems in almost two years. We will be doing a new roof soon and I will definitely contact them for an estimate. They did a roof where I work and that was a great job too.

Steve Turbeville roofing was Awesome! I was needing a new roof due to I had an old tar and gravel roof and my insurance company was killing me every year with premium increases, so I got a couple estimates. I was a bit shocked at some of the estimates so I called Steve because he gave me an estimate two years prior, I said Steve I need your help, my wife and I been saving up for this, can you still honor the old quote, he said I’ll do my best. Well he did and they were punctual, professional and got the job done in two days. I want to say Jeremy, Stu and Josh were great and even went above and beyond the original quote to make a couple of unseen issues correct. Thanks Steve and Co. you guy’s rock!

We just had our roof replaced by Steve Turberville Roofing Inc, St Cloud,Fl and Steve and his team were very courteous and professional. They did everything he agreed to do and more.They called and started a day early,removed existing roof and hauled all debris away, nailed decking to current code requirements, repaired and replaced bad decking as needed. They cleaned up everything before they left the job site.....we have had several complements on how nice the roof looks.

Turbeville Roofing replaced the roof on my park model a few years ago and did a very professional job at a reasonable price. When a leak developed, they found and repaired the source (not the roof). I am very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

The office staff is the BEST! She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule to sign papers. The working crew was great as well, I was out of town on day of roofing but my sister said they were very nice and came back the next day to finish a portion I added on, after the signing. Very reliable company and I will use no one else from here on.

I had a metal roof put on in early Jan.2020 and I am very satisfied.
Hard working crew they finished the job in 4 days with a good clean up and minimum of disruption. Further info on my new roof.I had a $50. a month savings on electric bill this summer. As a follow up I needed a document signed by the owner of the comp. and he went out of his way to get it notarized it for me. I pays to deal with local business people.

Mr Turbeville came on a Tuesday gave an estimate on vent leak on the roof and it was repaired by Friday. He responded very fast compared to another roofer I had contacted 3 weeks prior who has never gotten back to me. I am very satisfied with Mr Turbeville and would recommend him to anyone.

I looked up reviews online and I was a little trepidatious but after working in customer service most of my life and realizing that people are more likely to report a bad experience than a positive one, I decided to give them a chance. I still got 4 different quotes from different companies and Steve Turbeville was the least expensive. Khris their receptionist and coordinator was a joy to work with and was phenominal with communication both over the phone and by email. Several people have commented on how beautiful the roof looks and what a great job was done on it. This was a fast and almost problem free transaction. The one issue that did occur, they reviewed and rectified immediately with no stress. Great Job Khris and Steve! We appreciate the work that you did.

We needed a new roof on the dup in Kissimmee - called several roofers for an estimate - but seemed to only get agents and never the real persons who owned and ran their businesses - and by luck, we saw Steve Turbeville's ad in the local ad paper, THE ORANGE PEEL, we called him on a Friday morning, he happened to be in Kissimmee and came right out and gave us an estimate - the lowest bid of the several others that we got, he told us his employees were local fellows and they did all the work themselves, no out bidding! - and he has a local office in St. Cloud with his wife on duty there to set up the contract - we went over later that afternoon and signed a deal - he has a great facility with great equipment - and after picking out the material, Marie said they would start work on Monday - the roofers were on duty Monday morning at day break - working until evening, and they finished completely the next day - cleaned up wonderfully (we went with our own magnetic tool looking for nails and found none!) - they did a beautiful job! - went to Steve's office a few days later, paid the second half and got a release of lien - all done beautifully without any problems - we highly recommend having Steve and his team take care of your roofing needs!!

STR came highly recommended to us by a contractor friend and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and the roof was done in a reasonable time and at a very good price. Having been in construction for many years I can also comment on the quality of the workmanship which was done well. The only thing I would say is that it must have been a new guy applying the roofing cement because they got a little wild with it! None of that was visible from the ground except there were several spots on our paver walkway and driveway. When I contacted STR about this they responded very quickly to my concerns. They came out and cleaned up the cement. I would highly recommend STR!
