Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

I can't recommend Tuffy enough!  I recently took my car in for a rattling noise and they were fantastic.

The staff was friendly and professional from the start, they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly.  They didn't try to pressure me into any unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated!

Overall, I was very impressed with their service, next time I need an oil change or anything done to my car I'll be back!

Rusty helped me out by fixing some control arms on my truck. Took it in Saturday around 10am and had my truck back that same around 1pm. Without an appointment.

I was very impressed with the level of service and the knowledge of the staff. Very professional, explained repairs recommended and why. Discussed options and costs prior to proceeding. Work was done efficently and I was kept informed on the stasus of the repairs. Auto repair shops are sometimes hit or miss, but this place was very thorough, fair and I would recommend them without reservation. I will be taking my work here in the future.

Tuffy's provides fantastic service for a reasonable price. The folks here are upfront about the work that needs to be done and are trustworthy. Thanks for always taking care of our vehicles expertly!

These guys have been working on my vehicles for a few years now. They are honest, always do good work, and always stand by there work. That is a rarer and rarer thing in todays world. If you are looking for a solid shop, look no further.

Karol (pronounced Karl) was very friendly and sweet. He greeted me whn I first walked up and he even opened up the door as I walked in. I told them what I needed done and he got right on it. He didn't offer anything extra which is ALWAYS a plus. The oil change itself took about 10 minutes.

After they were done, Karol brought my car to me, but he also noticed that my car was stalling to crank up. I knew it was doing that, but didn't think twice to have it checked out. He checked my battery for me and found that I was hanging on by a thread. I had that taken care of as well... thanks to him.

I'd recommend this place for sure.

Always more than satisfied with their oil change service, so recently took my vehicle in for diagnosis of a mysterious, occasional “vibration”. Long story short - These folks did extensive inspections of my vehicle, but in the end it turned out to only be a minor fix.
Even with all the time they spent on inspections, and test drives (before and after the fix), the charge to me was MINIMAL!
I have always referred these folks, but now I have an incredible story of their fairness, and honesty to share!
They could have told me anything, and charged me a bundle, but didn’t!

I have been going to Tuffy in St. Cloud for years. I take all my vehicles and my kids vehicles to Tuffy! They are fair and always do a great job.

Karl did install of an MBRP axle back muffler system on my 2023 Camaro..
The work was very fairly priced , done extremely fast, looks incredible, everything lined up perfectly.

Fast, efficient, friendly folks here at Tuffy's, I will definitely be back!!

Ohh, and asked them how we saved a couple of kids this morning, we are heroes!!

Excellent service. Troubleshot issue and quickly made repairs. Very informative about the issue and diagnosis. Will return as needed.

I've just moved to the area. Like clockwork I had an appointment and walked out to flat tire. I don't know how to change tires. I have AAA. I called AAA. They sent a tow truck rather than AAA road assistance just in case the tire needed to be replace and was not just a leaking air issue.

I called Tuffy's and spoke to Rusty. He took all my information and was very professional and friendly over the phone.

Once I got there, he had the paperwork ready for me. Turns out the wheel weight was bad and the tire could not hold air.

Karol was awesome, within minutes he did a fix and told me no charge. I am so appreciative. Karol and Rusty treated me like I have been a Tuffy's customer for years. They will definitely be my go to place for car maintenance.

These guys were incredibly informative. They actually worked on two of my cars in one day and finished them in a short amount of time with high quality work. I recently moved to the area, and will absolutely be returning for any other auto work I may need. Highly recommend them!

I was told by an auto parts store that my alternator was bad. Took my car to Tuffy and they ran a series of diagnostics on my electrical system. Karol came back and told me they detected no issues. They could have sold me an alternator plus labor and I wouldn't have been the wiser. I asked how much for the diagnostics and it came to zero dollars. Tuffy has earned my respect and they now have a new customer for life.

The manager, Todd, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient to help us understand our issues and potential solutions. The team worked quickly same day and got us back on the road for a reasonable price. Throughout the process, Todd kept me up-to-date on their progress so I knew what to expect.

Always went here for oil changes as they are very quick and quite skilled. But I came in one day for a different reason, a bad tire after hitting a pothole. They first guessed it would take 4 days to get a new rim after they discovered the rim was bent allowing air to fly out of the tire. Not even 6 hours later, they call me up and let me know someone fixed the rim and the tire is ready to be put back in. They did an amazing job saving me money and brought my car back to normal!

Service was quick. The staff was friendly.
