Absolutely terrible. They do not have any compassion what so ever. And don't let me get started on the people who answer the phones here...I guess it's our faults that they have no employees, their communication is awful, y'all ask us to fill out paperwork with our information on it every year but don't reach out when the bus will be late...or in face 2 and half hours late! Ridiculous. And your app sucks half of the time it's not working. I have called and left messages for someone to contact me on this matter but I will cross every avenue to voice the terrible communication y'all have with parents then y'all think it's ok to have elementary kids on the bus when it's dark and 3 hours past school. This countys transportation needs a lot of training. Do not make it the parents fault that y'all lose employees left and right. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

How about not letting bus 20039 block four lanes of traffic for 20 minutes in the mornings. Why can't they pull off the road to pick up the 50 kids that they pick up in the mornings why block traffic during rush hour something needs to be done
