Amazing prices and people. I wish I could give more stars. They are honest and do not try to over charge you for things not needed. I can trust that my kids are safe in my van after they take care of it.

I've been getting my vehicles serviced and repaired at Hepler's for years, even when they were in Kissimmee off of 192. They are always honest and dependable with fair pricing!! I truly appreciate the transparency with them, they will tell you what you need to know about the immediate repairs needed and always let you know what else is wrong without using fear tactics to make you spend the extra now! Great ownership, great mechanics, always exceeds my expectations. Thank you Mike for all the years of great service, me and my family appreciate you guys!!

I just showed up without calling ahead, as I had heard positive reports. I was experiencing battery issues and they worked me in. Had a bad battery and Mike dealt with the place I had originally purchased battery and worked everything out to get a new one delivered to him at pro-rated cost. He went above and beyond for me and got it installed within a short time frame. I will definitely be back!!! So nice to find honest, local mechanic!!

Mike Hepler is honest, personal, and extremely helpful! I appreciate the high level of communication and quick work. The dealership told me I neede to spend $4,000 on repairs and Mike fixed my car for under $50. Appreciated the teacher discount and the personal touch. Highly recommend!

My wife was hit by a deer on Narcoossee road. Heplers was chosen to fix my car because my daughter had her husbands car fixed there after a collision. I am so impressed with how the claim was handled, how the car was fixed, the awesome customer service from ANDY and Bobby Hepler.

We have enjoyed a long relationship with Hepler's Total Car Care. We live in Orlando, and it's definitely worth the 45 minute drive to Hepler's. It's comforting to know that whatever repairs we're presented with, we can trust that the repairs are necessary. Mike will also let you know if certain repairs can be put off for a few months. His prices have always been more than fair. Regarding the employees, there is very little turn-over, and that says a lot. We are grateful for people like Mike and his family, who value family, have an outstanding work ethic, and above all, care about the working man, their customers. They truly want to satisfy their customers!

I have found a GEM!!! I obtained Hepler's Total Car Care information after posting on a website for help finding an honest and fair car repair shop in my area and thank goodness I was provided Hepler's Total Care Car. I first called to get an estimate as I needed struts, axle leaking, and control arm bushings repaired. I spoke with Maryann, she is so pleasant and professional. She took all of my information and had Mike call me back with an estimate, I took my vehicle in on a Saturday and Mike along with his team had my car ready to go that same day. My car drives like a new car!! In addition, I needed my wheel bearing replaced and brakes which he also did and informed me about the progress of the work being done. I am so happy with the service and If I ever need my car repaired in the future, I will be returning to Hepler's Total Car Care. Mike saved me a lot of money and did an awesome job taking care of my vehicle. I recommend Hepler's Total Car Care 100%. **Jamilah**

Wonderful place! Kind, intelligent people who can get any job done no matter how big or small! Their pricing is more then fair and Mike and his team got my car up and running quickly knowing it was my only vehicle. I went for a new clutch and fly wheel. i also had a very bad oil leak that i knew needed to be fixed but could not afford anymore work done so i did not mention the leak when i dropped off my car. When i arrived to picked up my car Mike handed me the keys and said "I fixed your oil leak too I couldn't put the car back together and not fix that for you." I explain i only had the amount we dicussed and could afford to pay for the additional work he did for me for a couple more days. He refused to take payment for fixing the leak. I highly recommend Anyone to go to Hepler's. They are really good, honest, hardworking people for the shop to the office! They keep in contact with you and have great communication & office organization. I won't go anywhere else! I Highly Recommend Heplers!

We were visiting Florida when our vehicle broke down. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend him if your looking for a honest and reliable mechanic. He went above and beyond to help us out. Thankful for Mike and his staff!!

I've visited Mike and crew dozens of times for various automotive needs, from the lifted monster diesel truck to the tiny ragged commuter car, and every visit I am delighted with friendly service, up-front honesty, fair pricing, and spot-on workmanship. First visited years ago at the referral of a friend. I am glad I did!!

Great service every time! We have taken all of our vehicles there for the last 5 years without disappointment. Major and even minor vehicle repairs are not where I look forward to spending my hard earned money, but it sure is great to have a dependable place for that very need. That is why even though we live in Orlando we make the commute to Kissimmee.

A few weeks ago I was traveling from Ft. Lauderdale to Georgia. I pulled into the Canoe Creek service plaza on the turnpike and discovered that I had a serious power steering fluid leak. I was 150 miles from home, and my trusted mechanic, with 350 more miles to go. A guy working at the plaza Shell service station was so sweet and helpful. While he added fluid to my car, I got on the phone and started searching for auto repair shops in Kissimmee that were close to the turnpike. Hepler's came up with great reviews, and when I called, they could not have been nicer or more helpful. I still had a 50 mile drive ahead before I would reach them. As soon as I arrived, they diagnosed the problem, and had me back on the road in under 45 minutes. They were honest, reasonably priced, and the nicest people you would ever want to meet. As a woman traveling alone that far from home, I could have easily been taken advantage of by an unscrupulous mechanic. I thank my lucky stars that Hepler's was the number I called.

Walked in with an estimate from another shop to find out that most of what was there wasn't even needed. The owner walked me through Toyota recommended maintenance and what was needed to be done. They were all patient and very honest with me. Not many mechanics are. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car serviced
