I recently had a great experience at National Tire and Auto. Donna at the front desk provided excellent customer service, explaining everything to me. Manager Lucas personally addressed my vehicle's needs, ensuring I was well-informed and confident in their expertise. The efficient service was complemented by a quick turnaround, and my car was returned in impeccable condition. The price was great and didn’t hurt my pocket. I will be back again.

We have been using NTA for about 8 years now and they are the best place in town! We have both of our vehicles serviced here and the prices are fair and the service is excellent! Every time we have had an issue with one of our vehicles the technicians have been able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix the problem the first time! I highly recommend them for all of you vehicle service needs!

(Previous review) This has been long overdue. Thanks guys for all the years of having my back. From the simple oil change to replacing transmission on my previous car to changing tires and most recently fixing my rear brake calipers which was worn down to the wheels. The services have been excellent and never once had any cause for complaints. My regards to the guys working in 90 degree summer heat to keep me on the road. Thanks again.

They take pride in their workmanship and it shows in their work quality and ethics. Lucas and his whole team of mechanics and employees are the dream team. In addition, their prices are fair and extremely competitive. We will always take our vehicles their for service and repair. They are trustworthy and fair. Best shop in St. Cloud. I been getting my oil changes, new tires, AC fixed and other miscellaneous things done here for over 5 years. Staff is always friendly and very professional, especially Donna and Lucas

My family and I have been using NTA for about 5 years now. Lukas, Donna and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. We've had extensive work done along with just basic oil service and tire rotation, ect, ect. They do a great job and I trust their work. When I arrive to drop off vehicles, there is always a line, and the staff knows most of the customers by first name. Simply put, they are great.

Been using NTA for all my repair needs and oil changes for more years then I can remember. Lukas and his team have always delt with me honestly, explained any issues and details to fix those issues. Don't need to go anywhere else. My truck is my office, has to work. With Lukas and his team I don't have to worry. They service all our vehicles.
