AMAZING!! This is absolutely my new nail place! The shop is gorgeous, and the people are so incredibly nice! Lenny did the first half of my nails, he is so nice and did such an incredible and quick job. Hana did the rest of my nails and she is so so nice and funny and talented. My nails are absolutely perfect and the price was so cheap???! $75 is such a good price. Also the boba place being right next door is so convenient 😁

I’ve been suffering with an ingrown nail for about 2 months and when I finally decided to take it out, the pain was unbearable just looking at it. Haven’t been to nail salon for pedicure becausr I’m skeptical and very cautious with who touches my feet, bad habit of mine I guess but I decided to look online for a place not only close by but that closes later pass 7pm. I came across this place and I called right away. The person who answers was very kind and amicable and gave me the opportunity to come in without appt. Once I arrived I was greeted and directed to the pedi chairs. The cleanliness and organization is key and I was pleased their was no strong acrylic or chemical smells . The nail tech took the time to listen to my concern about my ingrown nail and took the time, concern and dedication to explain to reason why this happened to me and how to treat and try to prevent from it becoming worse the next time I go in. Overall I’m 💯 satisfied, pleased and happy to have come here. My toes re pretty and pain free. Definitely recommend and most definitely coming back.

The owners are very attention to detail. Customer service is highly important to them and they do an amazing job with with their work. All the techs there are amazing.. Henry and Andy did a great job today😎

I love VIP NAILS- Hanna is an outstanding nail professional technician. Her hand painting design skills are creative and beautiful! I can bring any design and she will make it or give her own twist, but it will be a showstopper, I get tons of compliments. I always recommend her everyone the gives me compliments.
I have never had a bad experience. All staff are good, but I will always have my favorite.

Lenny did a fantastic job on my nails! I stopped by for a pedicure and SNS mani about a week and a half ago. Henry did my manicure and seemed very rushed and did not do a great job (for example, did not push my cuticles back or anything so my nails looked super grown out within a week). I decided to give them another try and this time Lenny did my SNS manicure. He was so kind and knowledgeable and did a really great job. I love my nails!

Love this salon. May not be the most glitzy, but it’s by far the best quality manicure and pedicure I’ve had, and consistent quality every visit. My Halloween themed nails are perfect! Ask for Hannah to do your SNS powder nails. :)

Every time I go to VIP I’m always satisfied. Henry is usually always available to do my nails when I come unannounced. And if he can’t and I decide to continue to get my nails done 98% of the time they are just as good when Henry does them. If I’ve ever had issues with a chip or nail breaking or popping off too soon they always fix it for no extra charge! Extremely kind staff and clean store. I’ve tried other nail salons in the area that don’t do as well as VIP. I do think there prices are a little high compared to other salons but with that said you do get good service.

I took my 82 yr old mother in and her nails were a mess and shehas verysensitive feet. They were so kind and gentle with her. I will definitely be back!! Thank you Bonnie!!

I have been going here for over two years and will not let anyone else touch my nails! They are amazing! Pedicure and manicure! No matter who I get they do an amazing job! Lenny the owner is so amazing! And Henry and Jenny are my favorite! Do not go anywhere else! This is the place to be! They are always available and no matter how busy they make you feel valid! I love it here!

Came to St. Cloud for a short while and was in need of a decent manicure, they have exceeded my expectations and the service was even better! They even ordered me some boba tea from next door! I cannot recommend them enough!

I am visiting from out of state & asked for a referral from a friend of my son. Made appt for me & my son for pedicures & manicures. Staff was nice & cordial. Talked us into getting the $40 pedi which was not any better than a regular pedi from a salon back home.. I got a mani with gel polish. Everything was OK but felt we were rushed thru with not a lot of attention to detail, ie cuticles & massage. . Paid the bill with nice tip. The next day the gel polish was peeling off one nail. I called and they got me in for a repair. Next day another nail but I am on my way out of town for a few days. Now, a week later 2 more nails have gel polish lifting off my nails. I am putting clear top coat on over my gel polish to try to save what is left. So disappointed. Either their product is not good or they are not doing it properly. I have had manicures with gel polish many times & this has never happened. Most times they have lasted a month before having the polish removed. In defense of the person who referred me, she just gets the regular mani & pedi so this issue has never happened to her. I had planned on getting another mani/pedi before leaving but will look for another salon. I gave 1 star as the salon appeared clean & sanitary.

Mad Love for VIP.. Greatest Place Ever. I'm Super Picky And So Are They. Been Going There For Ten Plus Year's. Always Have A Positive Experience. I Can't Say Enough About VIP. The Employees Are Very Kind And The Atmosphere Is Very Nice. All Nail Techs Are In High Demand
