This is my second experience here at Starling Chevy and I am blown away by the outstanding customer service! Jeff, service advisor, from my initial call to the moment I drove off the lot w a loaner was hands on excellent! The service manager (sorry dont recall name) was also very thoughtful to help with my situation! Thank You Jeff for your honest, thoughtful and professional service!
Over all service waiting area was clean, they had masks available for clients which is very nice!

Went to get my car repaired, the part took a few days to come in. They provided me a loaner vehical until my car was complete. Ashley provided me with remarkable service, she was very professional and pleasant in our interactions. I have been there before and this experience is 5 stars.
