Sometimes you hear people tell how they found there dream home, well with the help of Lisa Davis and the staff at Davis Real Estate , I got my dream farm.I have a few horses and some cows and to wake up with them right out my window is awesome.If you are looking for your dream home or farm they can make that dream come true, they are great people that will work with you and your lender to make it all happen.

I've had the privilege of working with the entire team of realtors and they work very hard to get great exposure for homes that they are listing as well as finding homes for clients...in addition, they are very knowledgeable about the area.

Owners have very questionable beliefs including that legal migrants aren't humans, that "2000 mules" is real and are openly racists on social media, check out Lisa's FB page, it's frightening. If you value honesty and integrity choose a different company.

I’m mad that I can’t give a zero. This one knows nothing about customer service or running a business. She took over our lease and never provided a new one because she was always “busy” and short handed. Never inspected the place either and asked us for $500 more on our deposit. Fast forward 6 months, we left the place and she is overcharging us for things she didn’t know if they were there or not. Worst realtor ever. I feel sorry for her customers. She is very unprofessional and a thief. A person like this should never have a business.

When I initially called Amanda at Davis Real Estate Group, she showed me an office space that I was interested in leasing. I told her the terms I was comfortable with and that time was of the essence. She told me she would get back to me as soon as possible. I called and left voicemails and emailed her and didn't get a response for two weeks. After she finally responded she had changed the terms of the lease and was very abrasive to myself and my management team while we were trying to negotiate. She told me on multiple different occasions that an attorney was drawing up the lease but nothing was to show at the times she had promised and it had taken over a week for her to have anything prepared. She tried raising the rent we agreed upon while meeting in person, extended the lease period that we were comfortable with, and wasted over a month of my business and revenue before I finally was forced to put my foot down. I absolutely do not recommend Davis Real Estate Group to anyone.

They rent properties out that aren't clean, have mold and roaches. They don't replace the blinds or light bulbs that are broke in the units and when someone moves out they charge them for the blinds that have been up for five years or more, but they have never been replaced. The maintenance person has a lack of integrity by not telling the truth about damage to a unit when a tenant moves out. They keep some of your security deposit for things that never needed to be repaired or were damaged. They lack integrity and are dishonest. I would not recommend using them to manage your rental properties. They do not return phone calls or answer letters. They are not professional and provide poor customer service to their tenants.

We rented for 2 1/2 years. Never was behind on rent but once was 200 short which was paid the following week. We had problems with our air so they gave us a 2 week notice to move. Now we are homeless and they can't even meet up with us to do a walk through to get our deposit back. Sad how they can put you on a time limit but have to wait for the deposit. We need that deposit back to get into another place!!! What heartless people!!!

I have dealt with this company for over a year now and nothing but headaches to say the least!!! I took them on as a property manager for my property in FL, and it was the worst decision I've made... I would constantly have to question "repairs" made that I was never notified about I would find out only after a statement came in and we were missing the full amount of rent... When I asked for the actual bills from from which company did the work they never supplied it... Always money missing from rent that I would have to question and then it was always an oh we had to do this or that with no bill to show... Now it's a back and forth since they wanted to end their services because I wasn't falling for their schemes anynore of now we need money for another repair that they never made aware to me on days we were in contact that they NEVER brang up, I even did research on pricing they were givng me and it was double what the repair should have cost and when I called them out on it they chose to cut services, so now they r withholding last months rent and the tenants deposit... As well as having the nerve to still take out a partial fee for themselves this month when they r no longer managing my property and withholding money...Thank god I have all texts saved from each person I was dealing with in the office and the poor communication they have in regards to managing properties!!!

They just want to get your money. Thieves! Arrogant, dishonest, Greedy. I am so sorry to ever gotten involved with this people. Watch out!
