Real estate agent Nick Zervos is the MAN! Not only a great agent but a great human being! I had no experience in getting into a place to live! He stood by me every step of the way! I had no renters history and was still able to get into a nice and safe place to live! Took us two in person trips into finding a place for me and he always kept my personal needs in mind, we looked at more than 15 places, every place had what I needed and was in a area that made my wife and I feel safe and close to home! New to the Orlando area this is the GO TO GUY! I would honestly try to use him whenever and wherever I moved to if it was possible!! I still have a close and great relationship with Nick and don't plan on using anyone else in the future!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Anthony and his team. From start to finish I felt he had my best interest in mind. From telling me due to the market being where it was at the time, I should consider new construction vs existing to get most bang for my buck. Caleb Carpenter is horrible and extremely unprofessional. He acts like he does not know how to do his job. He's not assertive and lacks drive. When I told him I need a "go getter" for a realtor, he rudely called me a crazy woman and blamed me as to why he was not able to give me any information on the houses I sent him. All he said was "nice house" and nothing else. When I asked him why he didn't give me any information on the house, he blamed me for him not telling me anything. I told him I could not work with someone who doesn't do his job appropriately, professionally and effectively; he called me a "crazy woman!" I never called him any names and yet this is how he treats a client for his agency!

I had faith in a realtor at this company that worked with my sister previously. I kept asking for rental information, but it seemed like he was reluctant to help. It took several days on end to get rental information or correspondence. It turns out that he wanted to charge me $299. If that was the case and you weren't helping as a friend I wish you had just said that up front. I called around to other realty companies and they did not have similar fees. I'm not sure if this is just this companies protocol or what but I'm extremely disappointed in the service. Word of mouth goes a very long ways especially in Orlando. Had I known upfront, the fees, etc. I wouldn't be so disgusted.
