An great healing experience for me with the Aerial Hammock exercises and classes of Yoga: Nidra with Sound Bath and Gentle Roll & Release. Both teachers Melissa and Patricia are amazing, professionals and with many years of experience. Also, Massage Therapy by Melissa is top of the line. Totally recommend this studio.

Melissa and Pat are so welcoming and so knowledgeable!! It was my first time at their studio, and I was in for a treat. The aerial yoga Nidra Soundbath session blew my mind, and it was exactly what my heart needed. If you are looking for a place to rest, reconnect with yourself and meet some new friends definitely stop by. Thank you for such a rejuvenating experience!!!

Absolutely love coming here. Every class is different. I like the challenge and trying new types of exercise that my body is not already used to. I had that good work out feeling in my arms after the class. Melissa was a great instructor. I wish I lived closer, I would be here every day.

Wow! ❤ After one session with Melissa my piriformas pain went from a 5 to a 1!! And learned I was 3 inches shorter in my left side! 😳
- I’ve been with this pain for over 3 months and has been from pain level of 11 to 5. Trying all the things, Chiro, massage, ice pack, foam roller - you name it.
-But learning about this area & how to support my healing, Melissa has given me hope again!

I’m not sure why I’ve never written a review but I’m definitely going to now. I love this studio and the staff. I started coming here about 8 years ago on and off and I’m always happy with my classes. Melissa and Allie are always welcoming and accommodating. They offer full transparency with every service they provide and even offer to accommodate you if you’ve changed your mind (no if’s ands or buts) which I feel is super amazing. I also love that they’ve rescued and adopted cats and are willing to go the extra mile with providing them full care and making sure they remain clean and healthy. I would like to take them all home except my house is full to capacity! I highly recommend that anyone wanting to try something new and fulfilling, give this place a try. The atmosphere is peaceful, the people are awesome and the cats are an added bonus (p.s they will also accommodate those with cat allergies as well).

I highly recommend this studio for aerial yoga and therapeutic message. Melissa is the best and so passionate about her work. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and talented. The classes are so much fun for everyone no matter your level of fitness. Hope to return again soon.

My husband made the appointment for us to go, he thought it was floor Yoga, his expression when we walked in priceless! 😂 But I have to say he did GREAT! We had a blast. So invigorating! I slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed like these happy endorphins kicked in. I saw this on tv and always wanted to do it. No regrets, love Ally! She’s AMAZING!

This is an amazing facility. It’s clean, they temp check everyone who comes in, 6ft social distancing at every session, and an overall fun environment. I hated traditional gyms bc heavily male and seemingly judgements environment but this was completely different, welcoming, and my new home gym

Something about gracefully going upsidedown. Lol... My girls and I loved it. We had a phenomenal time. I, 100% recommend!

I love this place so much!

It kills me to write this review but I feel people need to know what has transpired at this studio if you have animals at home. First of all, I need to say it is an absolute shame that I will not be returning to this studio because I absolutely loved Allie the instructor and it was such a good class. However, in the lobby there are 4 cats hanging around while you wait for class. I absolutely love cats and went to sit with them before my first class. There was talk about fleas on the cats with another class member before the class started, so this has clearly been an ongoing issue. After the class, I found two fleas on my pants in the car. I thought I got them all, but I did not. My house and both of my animals are now infested with fleas because all 4 of those cats in the studio are covered in fleas. I did message the studio and informed them, happy to go back once it was fixed, but this was before I realized the severity of the fleas there.
The studio made it right and reached out and apologized. I really really appreciate their customer service!!

I feel so bad giving a negative review but hopefully it helps others who would feel the same as me..
I’ve never been to a yoga studio that allows cats inside the building, so that threw me off entirely because of the smell of cats, and my husband is allergic so when I got home , he still had allergies despite my changing my clothes immediately.. then the teacher didn’t start at 6 , probably closer to 6:20 which is inconsiderate to the people who show up on time and need to leave , didn’t get a good workout in because the teacher just talked wayyyyy to much , we barely did anything I was extremely dissatisfied with my time there, the last time I went years ago I had a great time idk what’s changed , but there definitely wasn’t cats the first few times I went , it’s totally different now and I won’t go back
