Levi’s Outlet Store

MJ and Michael were the most helpful people I’ve come across. They were very knowledgeable of the jeans and have never failed to go above and beyond. The store is very clean and has a wide selection of products along with great deals. Make sure to check it out

Went to the Levi’s store, in the outlet mall and a woman named Justice she is a ROCKSTAR she was so helpful and sweet. Thank you so much for all your help in getting the exact jeans I was looking for. I’m so happy and she made sure I got the best price possible because they did not have them in store so they price matched and ordered them for me. Will definitely be buying more from Levi’s 🤩

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Amari during both trips I made to this location. My first trip Amari was more than willing to help and go above and beyond to help me find “skinny jeans” for my picky teenager. I returned to the store last night to return the jeans and get a full refund, but instead was beyond blown away by the level of customer service that he provided is both. Amari knew EXACTLY the fit & look my teenage son was looking for in jeans! I FaceTime my son while in the store and Amari so kind to ask my son further questions about the fit he wanted. This by far was the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in all of my 42 years of living. The way in which he serviced us is the model in which everyone should mirror! I could go on and on! My son was smiling from ear to ear and beyond happy for his first day of school next week thanks to Amari!!! Both pair of jeans fit him perfect!!! THANK YOU from both of us Amari!!!!! 😉

Wow! This is the best store at Tanger by miles, not because they have the best service, because they do-attentive staff who actually asked me if I needed assistance and helped fill my dressing room with pieces I hadn't considered and later bought, but also the quality of the fabric is the best at this beautiful, new outlet mall. I had a real problem finding clothes that fit me, but with patience, I found a whole new wardrobe-11 pieces under $200. Wow! I wasn't looking for jeans at all and I am so happy the store supervisor /manager? made me try them on. They're now my favorite pair of jeans. Thank you all!

Always a good selection. Current sale was good but has been better. Clearance you have to dig but bargains can be found.

I'm in a country band and was looking for black jeans for the stage. This store has a huge selection from which to choose. The young lady who helped me with fits and sizes was great. So was the young man who opened the dressing room door five or so times. I had a lot of questions, and the employees were all very knowledgeable and helpful with their answers and suggestions. From the salespeople to the cashiers, all the employees made my shopping experience a positive one. I highly recommend this store. Grade: A+

We have a habit of shopping here because they typically have my son's size in jeans in stock and we tend to figure out what he needs at the last minute.

Staff not only remembered us but even helped me to pick out something for myself. Will absolutely continue to visit this location.

It was a pleasure shopping here. If you're looking for normal jeans (rather than stretch jeans) this is the place to go. Staff helped find appropriate sizes and they give you a discount if you donate a pair of jeans. In and out quickly, isn't that the best shopping experience?

The sales lady helped me find the perfect fit pair of jeans and at checkout the young man who rang up out items told us about the red tab rewards program which was helpful as we saved 20% on our merchandise.

Jose was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. Will definitely stop there again.

I always find a good deal in the Levi's outlet and this visit wasn't any different. I got a pair of high waist jean shorts for $16 once they added military discount!

Stopped by to look and I got three pack of socks for $15, and they were normally $20 per pack. The guy working there was a big help and caught the extra deal.
