I have really appreciated the prompt service of the Culligan Water
Softener Company. Mike Bathrick was our salesman and he explained the product we were purchasing in great detail.
The installer of the unit is also to be commended for his efficient work.
I have also appreciated the follow-up check in with us to see how the unit is working for us. We are really enjoying all the benefits of having soft water.

The Culligan sales representative we worked with, Mark Bandy, was able to answer our questions and help us decide which system was right for our water issues. No high pressure sales. Installation was easy to schedule and went well. The quality of our water is much improved.

We decided on a reverse osmosis system, and they were able to install it for our sink and refrigerator. We scheduled the installation and they came out promptly and efficiently. We love it and we don't need to buy ice at Publix anymore!!!!

Excellent service! I needed a new system. They were able to come and evaluate the problem with the old system and have it upgraded very quickly. My water is now crystal clear

Bought the under the sink RO system 2yrs ago and it still works like a champ. We absolutely love it. 18yrs of filling up 5 gallon jugs at walmart had to stop; too bad we waited so long. I also referred my in-laws recently and they are equally excited about the new system. 10/10 recommend! Mike is a great consultant too!

Great service and system. This isn't the first water softner and filter system I've owned in fact it's the 3rd one ( 3 different homes - 2 here in Florida and 1 in Texas ) so I can say with confidence that it's a good system.

The process to have R/O water installed in our condo was super easy. I have used Culligan in the past so I already knew their products and quality. The salesman and installer were professional and the product works great! Thanks for clean drinking water!!

We have been serviced by Culligan for a few years as our business took over a location that was already contracted with their office. Regular maintenance appointments are on time and we love our Service Technician Jason. Recently we had an electrical issue with our buildings chlorine pump, which needed to be replaced. We received an estimate and a phone call from Culligan to ask if we had any questions before the service was performed. The price was competitive and the installation was quick and effective. Not a week later, we were experiencing a different issue with our fuel switch. We called Culligan again to come out and take a look. The next day Technician Will made the trip to our office and began to troubleshoot in order to remedy the issue. He thought we needed a replacement switch. Turns out, after Will left our appointment, he thought a little more about our situation and came up with an alternative solution which included a minor adjustment of a control setting rather than replacing the actual fuel switch. And for that, we are even more thankful. We appreciate the whole crew over at Culligan. They are professional, courteous and think outside the box to find solutions. Thank you Culligan!

The water testing and ordering process was easy, professional and punctual. The installation was smooth and informative. The product is great, i am on a well and had very hard water, now everything is clean, smells great and is as advertised.

We recently purchased a home with a *much* older system in it, so we called Culligan to have it inspected. The service technician that came out was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Although the system's parts are no longer carried or manufactured, we will be purchasing a replacement system from this location as a direct result of our technician's service. My money will always go to companies who hire good people.

Excellent customer service. Used to use Ready Refresh but Culligan customer service is superior. They always manage to get a bottle out to me when I'm running low.
