Very pleased with the service here. No hard pressure sales and the sales team was very helpful and nice. Great selection and good prices. Leona Reeves was my sales lady and she was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her to any looking for. O pressure friendly and helpful person to work with.

Ashley Furniture has a wide variety with reasonable prices. Our sales person, Mariam was professional, informative and friendly. Mariam has an awesome personality and extensive knowledge of furniture! The questions on furniture and pricing went beyond closing time and I didn’t feel rushed at all.

You are truly missing out if you don’t buy from Ashley. From the amazing customer service to check out to the follow up and timely delivery of our furniture it has been a great experience. I drove down from PC to the Daytona Store after work during a busy freeway time. I knew when I was greeted by Chinwe it was already going to be so worth it. I didn’t have to spend a lot of time looking at the entire store. I told her what I needed and she had a few different options and all in the same area so I didn’t have to walk from one end of the store to the other. My husband and I love love our furniture. It’s perfect for him and our lifestyle. Chinwe, you’re truly the best along with the entire staff that helped me out in such a quick time. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I’m sure we will see you soon with husband in tow this time!!

Antonio, was a wonderful salesman, he didn't hover or push for a sale. We explained what we were looking for and he lead us to opinions and let us explore. He was very good at helping us find Complimentary pieces that match what we wanted even though it wasn't a set. Gave great advice and had a great personality. I would recommend my friends and family to this location but they don't deliver to Texas. Thank you.

Just moved to Palm Coast and we needed alot. When we walked in Matt greeted us warmly. Showed us around spoke with us about what we wanted made some suggestions and then let us be for a bit. We were able to look around in peace. Matt was there when we were ready to ask questions. Try things out and make our decisions. He was a joy to work with. Had some great stories to tell and really just made us very comfortable. We purchased quite a bit. And we are very happy with our purchases. Made our house a home. The showroom was well lite and was inviting. We were directed and actually escorted to the exact color and style of furniture that we were interested in. We were shone quality and beautiful furniture. Absolutely no pressure to purchase. Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful but not obtuse. We made a purchase and furniture will be delivered and setup in our home. We will recommend Ashley to our family and friends.

This was an amazing shopping experience from the start, browsing at the store to the end, the delivery a few days later. Michael Hall, the sales associate , was very knowledgeable about the products and he guided us expertly and pressure free through the vast field of sofas/ sectionals options at the store in Daytona Beach.
The delivery a couple days later was on time, professional and expedient . The products were expertly wrapped and in perfect condition.
Having read some of the devastating reviews on this site, I feel compelled to share my experience. It‘s truly a luxurious experience to lounge in this swivel chair and the oversized chair and a half.

Joel the manager was absolutely amazing. Had a few problems that were not the stores fault, Joel went out of his way and quickly resolved any issues. Extremely satisfied with product and the customer service Joel provided was exceptional. Will definitely shop Daytona store again.

This store has excellent sales representatives who take their time to understand what you are looking for. I've returned multiple times while in the process of buying a new home as I like to see furniture before buying and spoke with four to five different representatives, each one able to keep things moving forward. They started an account as I decided/showed interest in a product and then I took screenshots of the list to reference for later when it came time to buy (I needed more time to get a clearer picture of the furniture for the house).

Placing orders at the store is really easy if you decide to go that route. I accidentally used the wrong credit card while paying at the store and they were able to quickly and confidently solve the problem for me.

Lastly I just want to point out that you'lI easily be able to get information on after-sale support here. Hopefully my furniture doesn't get damaged or stained anytime in the future but if it does I know what the process will be like and what numbers to call!

We have bought 3 rooms of furniture over the past 3 months, each time the process was simple and quick. Entire staff has been great with accommodating delivery times as well(had to be changed multiple times). Would highly recommend

Your asdociate, Chinwe, was very helpful and courteous. She helped me pick out the mattress best suited for me and also helped with picking out a full bed set. Quite anxious to get it delivered.

Ashley Stores always have a great selection so I knew if I headed over there, I would return with a successful purchase. Leana was at the front door, so I told her exactly what I needed. Plus I needed it delivered in 2 days! She walked around and showed me various items and said if I ordered by 1:30 pm it would get delivered. It was 12:45 so she did some quick paperwork and got it scheduled. She was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, not pushy at all, and I'm a satisfied customer. I can highly recommend this store and definitely will ask for Leana again.

Karey was very helpful. Out of all the places I went to shop for a bed, I feel like she took care of me the most. The process was also easy and quick. No pressure sales at all!

Antonio was extremely helpful and a wonderful salesperson to deal with. Despite a few bumps, he was always there to resolve and help us get the right furniture and beddings we needed. The accounting staff were attentive and extremely helpful in rectifying some of our billing issues to us back on track. The bottom line is that they are always there to assist when needed. We had a great experience with our purchase today from our Ashley Store in Daytona Beach. Mark was knowledgeable about his product and made the process quick and easy. We haven't had the furniture delivered yet, but fingers crossed it will be as smooth as has been so far.

Julie was ABSOLUTELY PERFECTION!! No pressure, very informative, gracious, kind, professional and on top of her game. I've owned my own business for 40 yrs. Service and sales.
