We have waited a long time for a them to have garden tortoise in stock again. We were notified they had arrived (after many months). We went to Port Orange store but they didn't have them. The attendant called Daytona and asked them to hold one for us, then carried it out to the car! Great experience.

Popped in to get some scent packets for a couple stale closets because really ~ where smells better than Kirklands? I found 3 I liked right away but my son's girlfriend wanted Christmas scents. Catrina was working the counter, told us the Christmas scents were not due out yet BUT she said to hang. She went in the back and brought them out. Talk about exceptional customer service! Not to mention they have great coupons ~ now if my home could just smell like the store!

Excellent staff great selection our salesperson even gave us a coupon but they don't open till 11:00 in the morning weekdays which is kind of crazy

Kirklands employees are Great everywhere but at Daytona they were Unbelievable . They truly worked as a team and the place was packed ! It was as if it was a family run business , thanks Everyone !
