They're always reasonable with me, probably because I'm always reasonable with them. We're all human here.

Pretty simple place to deal with. Pay your child support and have no issues. The lady was prompt and punctual and handled my needs.

I was there no longer than 8 minutes and was also the first one there. All though I wasn't there as long, I would say their some nice people. Thumbs👍 up from me.

Helpful in ways and discouraging in other ways! Customer service number is really unhelpful, when no one answers or every agent is busy.

Sometimes I have to call 30 times in a row before an agent is available, then jhave to sit on hold for 15-45min to wait to talk to someone. Sometimes the person is helpful sometimes they aren’t and give me the run around!

Every time I mail something in they try to close my case. If I call you can never get through and the phone hangs up on you. The chat also makes you wait 20 mins for it to say they are busy and end the chat before you can talk to someone. I said I was in the hospital and because they can’t get information they were going to close my case even tho the same information was provided to them 10 times and I fully cooperated with them. If I could give them -10 I would. Never had a problem with Pennsylvania child support who determined the paternity in 2 weeks, they answer on the first ring. No excuse for this and only causes more stress on single mothers are trying to get by and keep Medicaid for thier children. Shame on you!!

The disconect between DOR and all of the other agencies concerning child support... the clerk of courts and the DMV is appalling!!! I spent 7 and 1/2 hours online and on the phone trying to resolve a simple issue which cost me a job and steady source of income!!!
The DOR/Child support division is full of LAZY unempathetic, incompetent hourly wage zombies who would rather see you die then actually provide ANY help or real solutions to problems!!!!!!
DOR COST ME A JOB!!! I AM NOT CURRENTLY EMPLOYED BECAUSE
THE DOR EMPLOYEES WON'T DO THEIR JOB!!! I CAN'T PAY MY SUPPORT, MY RENT, MY BILLS OR EVEN BUY FOOD BECAUSE OF THE DOR!!!!!!
HOW DO I MAKE THIS ANY CLEARER???
The DOR is destroying my life and IS the reason I won't be able to survive!!!!!!

So trying to collect $16,000 in back child support for my son who is now 29 years old. Pretty ridiculous. I did get through to the 800 number after being on hold for 30 minutes. Only to be told that I have to go to the office where my case is through. I live in a different county and work five days a week 40 hours. How the hell is that supposed to help me.

2 different cases ... One took over 9 years and about 50 office visits. 2nd case 4 years now and the other parent is right there awaiting patiently for 4 years for this agency to get the case done. Now the DNA test went MIA... so i gotta bring my child in again when i was just there 3 weeks ago over a form they claimed they didn't have but 2.5 hrs sitting in the office they said they had it. It was an error. No mention of a lost DNA test them but low and behold bam i need to go back to do the DNA again. The customer service number is a joke. A bad one. Sometimes you call 30 times back to back and noone is available. Then when you get lucky & u get placed on a 30 minute hold for someone half the time they hang up without even saying hello. Then when you get someone half that time they don't give any useful info.... Or they are rude beyond belief.

This office still has the WRONG ADDRESS on all their correspondence. All of their mail is sent to an addiction center. They have not been located at that address for more than 7 years. This is unfair to the public as notices are rejected and people are not being notified in a timely manner. I would expect more from a government office.
