Where do I start! First of all I came to Kim a mess. I had been growing my white hair out for almost a year and it still had some old color on the bottom several inches. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and boy did she deliver EXACTLY what I asked for. Tried-color dimension perfectly blended! She’s by FAR the best I’ve used in 20 plus years and she won’t be getting rid of me anytime soon!
