Dr. Faruqi was a Blessing for me. The Dr. & his staff are friendly, professional & kind. Gail, the receptionist is helpful & makes you feel comfortable from the 1st phone call. I had the cervical epidural steroid injection procedure & it worked wonders! I highly recommend them!!👍

Dr. Faruqi and his staff have been wonderful to me! Kathy at the front desk is kind and very helpful. Dr. Faruqi has an excellent bedside manner. He listens attentively when I talk, and I never feel rushed by him during my appointments. I've had 2 foot surgeries at Flagler Hospital and Dr. Faruqi was in charge of pain control post-op and the months that followed. I am so thankful that he was there because otherwise I believe I would have been left to suffer. I have many doctors and specialists, and Dr. Faruqi is my favorite, BY FAR! I would definitely recommend Dr. Faruqi and his staff to my friends and family. :)

Doctor frugi is a very caring doctor he listens to your problems and your concerns and that's made all the right decisions for me has relieved my pain so I could get along better than I was I recommend doctor furugi to anyone who has problems with their back

My husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer and Dr. Faruqi was great with him at Flagler hospital. However, when we left the hospital and needed refills on pain meds he did not prescribe the morphine needed. I called the office EVERY day and pleaded with the staff that my husband was in a great deal of pain and needed his medication. They office staff are incredibly rude and very insensitive to patient needs. I over heard a staff member criticize me for calling every day while I was on hold. DR. Faruqi STILL NEVER CALLED us and did not ever refill his pain medication. This is the most unprofessional and unethical doctor and staff we have ever dealt with and would NEVER Recommend them to anyone! We ended up working with Palliative care where my husband has been given attentive care and we certainly don’t have to call every day BEGGING for a Dr. to help us!

This is my experience with Advanced Pain and Spine Institute. Dr Faruqi came to the hospital the day before I was being released. I explained my history with substance abuse, he still agreed to help me with pain management. He said call the next day for an appointment. I called and left a message. I live nearby so I stopped by to make an appointment, Kathy acted as if I was bothering her. I asked how I get refills before the appointment. She wrote I was running out of medication, which I didn't say. Dr Faruqi called Saturday afternoon and said that I should have enough for five days and call Monday. So I called Monday and left a message that I had enough to last the 5 days, and was doing good with my meds, I don't know if Dr Faruqi got the message? I called each day as I was running out and Dr Faruqi didn't have the professional courtesy to call me. I would highly recommend skipping this business.
