A great experience from the initial call to the work being completed to completion follow up. Katie kindly took care of logistics and Eric was very professional and knowledgeable ensuring all my plumbing needs and expectations were met. I have great piece of mind knowing I have a dependable plumber and very happy to be part of their maintenance plan offering. Kudos !

I reached out to A-Total Plumbing and got someone immediately on the phone. They were very polite and helpful, scheduling a visit the very next business day. The technician came out and assisted with our issue quickly and was very professional. I was very happy with the service provided and plan on using again for any other plumbing needs.

Scott was great, arrived within 5 min of his scheduled time. Evaluated and explained the issues he found, generated a quote and went to work when I agreed. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up well behind himself which I found respectful being a home owner. I truly appreciate A-Total's team for getting someone out the same day I called. I'll definitely use their services again when needed.

I came into town and discovered my mom likely had a plumbing issue due to an unusual smell in the home. Ted came out promptly and did a thorough investigation and found a huge problem. He immediately connected us with another team of professionals that would be a part of the repair process. Thank you Ted! So... no one likes to have a plumbing issue...especially a toilet. We had one though. We had to call a plumber so we decided to call the one who actually installed our toilet.. A Total Plumbing. They were actually so super nice... from Katie on the phone taking our call to Shane and Bailey coming to the house...3 hours early... to fix this for us. We appreciate their kindness, their professionalism and their promptness. They are now our go to plumbing company.

Nick came out to identify my plumbing issue. He was honest and upfront with what was going on with my plumbing and even some long-term resolutions to avoid future issues. The problem was resolved. I couldn’t be happier with his service. Also the representative, Patience, was super patient lol and kind. She immediately sent over my invoice so I take care of my personal business! Thank you, A Total!

In this day it is very hard to get excellent customer service and excellent quality of work at a reasonable price. With A-Town Plumbing, I got all three. Anthony, Brad and Kenneth were the best. From the start Anthony was polite, gave great explanations of the work needed and the work that will be done. He arrived on time each day and cleaned up everyday after working. Brad assisted him and Kenneth brought it on home. I appreciate these guys and A-Town for the great experience.

The technician did a really great job! They communicated when they were coming and came on time. Did an inspection and got right to installing the faucet. It was a fairly quick and efficient process. Faucet looks wonderful! and works great too. I feel confident that the work was done right, and with plumbing that's super important to me. (work is warrantied as well) They will try to "sell" you other services, but if you don't want those things, there was no back and forth, just simply said no thank you and they took it off your quote and kept it moving. would definitely recommend!

A Total Plumming is highly recommended and very professional. They provided QUALITY and PROFESSIONAL service at my home but more IMPORTANTLY A TOTAL stands behind their work. I had the privilege of working with Brandon B on a water line replacement. When he arrived, we discussed the job. He realized immediately that the previously written estimate wasn't accurate based on the needs of the job. That is a first! He reevaluated the job, and generated a new estimate on the spot. Once the job was completed, he told me everything he had done and he even fixed some prior work by one of their former technician. Brandon B went above and beyond to satisfy me as customer. This is why I continue to do business with them.

After having a terrible experience with a few other companies we called A-Total Plumbing. They scheduled our appointment right away and were able to come out next day. Our service was with Jacob today and he was fantastic! He quickly solved our problem and was able to offer helpful solutions for how to avoid problems in the future. We will be using them again in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Had a leak in my attic, called and it was all fixed in the same day! Ted was our technician, he was very kind, professional, and did a wonderful job! 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

After working with them in past and receiving good service. My experience with them less 2 months was not good. My elderly mom was having plumbing issues and the service we received during that time was unpleasant. I reached back out to them due to the reoccurring issue and they sent out Nick. Nick listen to my mother concerns, reviewed the work of his college, asset the plumbing, and immediately offered an apology. He was through when explaining what happened and what should have and his plan to correct it. He displayed very good communication.skills, was polite, and complete everything timely. Incredible team! A-Total repiped our entire home because our copper was pitted and leaking. From start to finish they provided incredible service. Very contscientious and well thought out prepping, courteous, professional, wonderful work, and made sure our home was cleaned up afterward. Thank you to Brad, Brandon, Dylan, John, John, Tanayce, and Kenneth, you made a very stressful situation a pleasant experience....well, as pleasant as a total repipe can be. Thank you!

Jeremy, an excellent technician, repaired our shower leak issue quickly and efficiently. He's also very pleasant & personable. We'd welcome him back into our home any time.

Waking up to a wet ceiling in the kitchen is never a good way to start your day. I remember the ad on WSB radio for A Total Plumbing so I gave them a call after I saw their Better Business Bureau A+ rating. From the time the phone was answered at the company, to the time Bailey and Shane left my house they were awesome. Bailey and Shane worked as a team to troubleshoot the leak in my ceiling which unfortunately, they had to open it up to see where the leak is coming from. We’re still not sure but they’re still involved in the troubleshooting. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

I was very impressed with my plumber Ray and this great company! He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He came right out within the time frame I was given and evaluated the problem and got the job done. He explained what was going on and I will definitely refer him to anyone that asks me about plumbing issues. It all started with the lady that answered my call she was very nice, prompt and helpful, I am grateful for her, sending him to help me.
