I have been dealing with Volusia Realty for almost 11 years. They have been nothing short of amazing. J.R Stewart and the team have been wonderful to me and my family. There has never been one thing that I've needed that wasn't done. Just as an example.One of the coldest nights ever, my pipe out front broke a water was spewing everywhere. Someone came out to my home at almost 10 at night, in the freezing cold and made sure I was okay. There aren't enough good words to describe how this realty has made me and my children feel like family. Thanks Volusia Realty.

After driving past a home for rent on Homestead Road in DeBary, I contacted Volusia Reality on April 27th at 4:05 Pm and left a message; assuming they were already closed for the day. I left a detailed message with my interest in renting this home. I called again on April 28th at 8:52 Am.

I was eager to speak with them because my husband and I were in the area looking at another home for rent and we were interested in scheduling a viewing for this home before making a decision.

To my surprise on May 9th at 1:47 Pm (Exactly two weeks later) I get a call back from a woman regarding my inquiry on renting the home. I explained that I had called two weeks ago, left two messages, and never heard back and as a result, I have already signed a lease with another company for a different home in Debary. She then petulantly responds " Yeah, I was letting you know we've already rented this home".

No apology, nothing.

Volusia Reality might be a good company to rent from but if I find myself looking for another rental in the future I will NOT be giving them a call. I am concerned that their maintenance requests (or any other concerns) may be met with the same "urgency".

I hope Volusia Realty seriously looks into this employee because her customer service was absolutely horrible and embarrassing.
