Great experience. We went in hoping to make an appointment. They could look at it right away. I feared the worst...could have been two or three things...a couple really bad. Very prompt diagnosis and relatively painless solution. They checked out the other possibilities and reported no issues. No upsell or unnecessary work. I drove away in less than an hour, feeling great. The people working there were friendly and professional. It appears to be a great local business. We are just in the area visiting friends and left wishing we had businesses like this back home.

Moved here 6 years ago, tired of wasting time and money for maintenance at the Dealer. After seeing all of reviews decided to take my Tacoma for routine maintenance. They were quick and honest and no trying to upcharge on anything. definitely will be back.

We stopped at Sumter Tire & Auto for an oil change for my wife's Jeep Wrangler. We didn't know they took appointments. We were impressed with everyone's helpful, service oriented attitude. We were squeezed into the schedule. Watching from an outdoor picnic table, we noticed one of the backup lights was out. We alerted the mechanic. We were happy to see that the mechanic check the security of the Jeep on the lift about an inch off the ground before raising it to overhead height. We were on our way in less than hour with fresh oil and a new back up light. We highly recommend Sumter Tire & Auto.

Car would not start, seemed like it was not getting gas. Within 2 hours they fixed my car at a great price. The service was incredible! Great Team, Great Service, Great Value, Thanks!!!!!!!

I had a flat tire on my horse trailer on the side of the turnpike (with horses in it) and sumter tire had my tires in stock and was to my location within 30 minutes and had us back on the road! highly recommend they were very easy to work with and super fast!

They were recommended and they were right. My car feels brand new and Im soo happy

On the way home from our vacation and had a flat tire on I75 came across this place and the people we simply amazing from the phone call to get us there to the great service taken care of us making sure that we were back on the road quick safe and sound. Even nice enough to check and make sure our other tires were good to make it home which come to find out 2 other ones had wire showing once of which would have probably had us broke down again. Would recommend them 10/10.

We moved here four years ago and when we needed auto maintenance we came to Sumter tire. They are honest and very professional. They were fair with their prices and service. They do not push you to up sell. I would recommend them to anyone.

Needed some emergency brake work done. Rolled in at 8am without an appointment. Service manager met me before I could get out of the car. Worked me in and got it done for a reasonable price. Service, done right!

Fantastic service. Don really took care of me and answered all my questions so I could understand what I may need in the future Don also showed me a faulty tire that could have cost me a lot if not detected.

I'm a retired auto mechanic and went there to have a tire repaired and before I left I made an appointment to bring it in for other services. Nice people and great service. 👍

These guys are awesome. I was visiting from out of town, and my battery and alternator died. They were able to get my car diagnosed, parts pulled, and fixed within the 24 hours when I needed to leave.

No tricks, no games, just drop your vehicle off they’ll call you with a quote and if approved the next call is telling you your vehicle is ready for pick up. 10 out of 10!

Family owned and they treat their customers like people should be treated. I dont live up here but will probably drive the distance to come back. Thank you all!!
