Great customer service and I love the coverage of the new Luxe Modern bra. Excellent quality! Im replacing my last bras from 2017 because Lane Bryant bras really do last that long. And to be honest, I didn't even take care of them as I should of, I put them in the washer and dryer.

This was the best Lane Bryant I had ever been at if I wasn't tired I could have shopped all night customer service was excellent and the store was full of clothes love it I love it

They’re closing these stores everywhere! Glad to see there was one here on my trip to Daytona! The ladies working were amazing. They were friendly and actually didn’t mind helping customers. They seemed to actually enjoy their jobs and want to work!! That’s a rarity these days. Anyway I got a really good deal on intimates. Will be back!

Stopped in yesterday and Kee (not sure her full name) was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient, extremely helpful, and overall very happy as a person. I took my niece and and we were probably there for two hours. And she helped us the entire time until we were both happy with what we chose. I will gladly go back on the days she is working for future visits because of her expert level of care. Bra shopping is not always fun and definitely not always easy but she made it's a very pleasant experience and we both left very happy.

Most informed salesperson Lizzie. She was super helpful, attentive and so knowledgeable regarding body type and matching sizes. I went in for a pair of jeans and came away with 4 pants and two sweaters because in addition to great staff Lane Bryant had an awesome sale going on. Everything for under $200 bucks. I'm a happy shopper today!

I had the most positive experience! It is the first time that I found a bra that actually fits me and the nicest girl to assist me. Lizzy helped me, ran to choose other styles so that I wouldn't have to leave the dressing room & then ordered to have the color & style I wanted to be shipped free to my home. She also honored the fantastic sale that they were having on the items, although the particular color I wanted wasn't available in-store. I will definitely be going back!

I would like to give a shout out to Virginia at the Tangier outlet center Lane Bryant. She was so pleasant and extremely helpful! I was there for an hour n a half, she not only helped me, but numerous other clients seamlessly. Give that girl a raise!

I was returning a gift I've got credit for the store to shop for other items. I was trying to find two bras for the credit that I had. I did find a good deal on two bras. What I found was buy one at regular price and get the other one 50% off. I had to pay a couple of dollars just to get those two bras but I thought that I got a very good deal. The clerk's were extremely helpful in trying to help you select a bra. I did not choose their help because I'm very familiar with the only type of bras that work for me and I just wanted to look through everything that they had and make my own selection. I have to say that the clerk's were there constantly and asked me a couple of times if everything was okay and if I needed additional help. I used to shop at Lane Bryant all the time years ago and just haven't been in there in a dozen years. Now that we have Lane Bryant in our new Tanger Outlet Mall I would like to go over there more often and shop in the store. Only a good experience at Lane Bryant!!

Perfect. Everything is neat and properly displayed. With the tanger mall $10 gift card clearance and percentage discount I found the bathing suit I wanted but not my size even though I had the help I needed. I'll order on line and pick up at store

The sales crew was on their game! Very helpful, I watched one help a lady who was in a wheelchair, and the other helping me! Not once did I see stress on their expressions!
