Banana Republic Factory Store

I had a wonderful experience shopping for the first time at this location. I came from out of town looking for some nice clothes for an event and was having a hard time finding stuff. Fanny in the fitting room was amazing!! Words can’t describe how sweet she was and willing to help me find exactly what I needed. She brought me different style clothing that I would have never thought looked good on my body without her help. I left this store super happy with an entire outfit for the event I was attending. Fanny was definitely the best retail worker I’ve ever encountered. Will definitely return to this location if Fanny is there to style me!!

I feel uncomfortable shopping for clothes because I am very picky and find it difficult to find what’s right for me. That being said I had a great experience at this Banana Republic location today. Samantha was very kind in helping me as she suggested different styles, checked in the back and was very patient with me as I made my decision. She even got me to sign up to the rewards program at checkout. Being in sales, I appreciate excellent customer service and wanted to leave a review. Thanks Samantha!

I honestly never shop here. I had a birthday coupon provided by the tanger club so I check it out. They actually have good deals. Don't get me wrong there still silly things like $10 for 1 pair of men's sock lol. But I found a variety of work dresses for under $20. The clearance was an extra 60% off. So they're price point for every budget.

Carrie and Diana who we’re working there are AMAZING! My girlfriend and I walked in Banana Republic expecting just another clothes store with mildly friendly employees like MOST of the stores in Tanger Outlet. They were sooo helpful and polite and wanted to make us happy! They even helped us order online when they didn’t have it in store. We walked away with great deals and clothes!! Love it!

I did a price adjustment here, the sale person was very professional and handled it perfectly. Definitely would be shopping here again.

They had some great deals when I last went there. Great variety of clothes and good quality too. They just didn't have all the sizes.

Lots of great clothing for the whole family.My wife found some outfits for work there. I found a nice pair of baby blue dress shorts that I wouldn't normally buy but I I did just because they were unique and not something you would usually see back home at our local mall.

Great service by the entire staff, we went in for one blazer for my son to have while attending college nearby and took advantage of their clearance sale and brought home 2 blazers, 2 sweaters and a pair of dress slacks for the price of what we expected to pay for the single blazer.

Brenda is amazing and really knows her ѕtuff. I had the best customer experience highly recommend looking for her when in that store
