Duby’s team was awesome! The team from Bartow Servpro were excellent. I want to recognize them as an excellent team and I am very pleased with their performance!!!

Unfortunately we had some water damage to our downstairs and basement areas of our home due to a faulty toilet . The damage required us to remodel the down stairs, floors, paint carpet etc. The Serve Pro team was great! Specifically Clint and Victor. Our home was beautiful afterwards however their responsiveness whenever we had a question or a concern was what helped the most through this experience. My family and I would like to that you and your teams for restoring our home!

Everyone that we dealt with at ServPro were very professional. They helped lead us through the repairs process. Our main contact, Carl was very responsive. The work crew were very conscientious of our home and furnishings. The office team were always there assisting with the paperwork side.

The only thing that would have improved the process would have been if we never had the storm damage in the first place.

Carl Facchini is amazing he redid my whole living room, kitchen area and walls to perfection making sure there was no mold, or damage from a massive water leak that occurred in my house he worked over and beyond with an expert team to assure the leak was fixed, and that everything was put back into place…driving an hour away just to make sure everything was done right. Carl Facchini is a amazing, positive reconstruction manager for Serv Pro I recommend him.

Duvys and her team did an excellent job packing up my valuable things. I would recommend them to others.

Betty and her team did an amazing job. They were on time and committed to thorough cleaning of our basement. They were a pleasure to have in our home and I would recommend them to anyone. Betty answered all of my questions with kindness and professionalism. I haven’t had a cleaner/safer basement.

I just have to brag on serve Pro of Bartow County. I needed them for my own personal experience about a year ago and they stepped in and went above and beyond without hesitation. They were able to help me resolve the problem quickly and honestly they treated me like family. After that experience I was completely comfortable knowing that they would take care of my clients if anything came up. Sherry and the entire team at ServePro of Bartow are wonderful. They are responsive, reliable and do a fantastic job. Always such a pleasure to work with. I can always count on them when I need to have someone out to a location quickly. So proud to have this wonderful company as part of our Bartow community!

Carl was very pleasant and helpful. He stayed to do the job well into the morning on Thanksgiving morning!!! I really didn’t know what I was doing and he explained everything to my satisfaction. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely went above and beyond! Definitely would use again, but honestly praying I don’t need to!!!!!

Contacted SERVPRO after a water leak at my house. Mandy was able to get a tachnician (Stanley) to my house within three hours and he was able to take immediate actions to mitigate the damage done by the water. The next morning more technicians (Phil and Lorenzo) arrived to do more thorough inspections of the damage and help demo the effected areas. Team was professional and very helpful at all times!

Servpro must have sent me the best in my area. Dustin Williams and Austin Meadows were awesome! They came in and explained what they were looking for, after my bathroom water line leaked into my garage. They set my expectations as far as time was concerned then exceeded my expectations with their thoroughness and seamless completion of my mold cleanup and dry out of water in my garage. Thanks Servpro job well done.

I have nothing but positive words for my experience with ServPro Bartow. Home fires are a stressful time and they made it as easy as possible. The slogan is “like it never happened”, but a lot of my things look better than before the fire! Mr. Course and his team were always responsive, courteous and professional. My advice is to trust them with your valued possessions.
