The staff at Daytona Mercedes service is exceptional in comparison. From the minute I arrived for my appointment, until the day that my car was ready, Mike and the entire staff were extremely professional, honest, and efficient. This is how all dealerships should be. I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

They saved our vacation! Our Winnibago Spinter had issues with the throttle computer on our way back to New York. No other dealerships would take us in for immediate service, except for Mercedes of Daytona. Their service manager Gabby really made sure my family was comfortable during the wait. My kids started getting anxious so they drove us to the outlets nearby. What dealership does that?!?! Unfortunately the part needed wasn't going to be available until the next day, so Gabby put us in a brand new Mercedes SUV loaner so we wouldn't miss our hotel and sightseeing reservations in Saint Augustine. They truly cared about us beyond the service of our vehicle. They even gave my boys fresh baked cookies for the ride back home. Amazing. We're seriously considering purchasing our next Mercedes from this dealership even though we live 1000 miles away. Thank you again Gabby, and the rest of the Mercedes Daytona team.

I am a resident of St. Augustine.... I choose to drive the over 60 miles (one way) because of the excellence provided by this team. From sales (meagan) to the service provided, professionalism and knowledge is unsurpassed. Joe whom I typically work with in the service department provides excellence from his knowledge to the explanations conveyed with articulation of service, prior to and after work is completed.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my car here for service. They offered me an Uber back home while my car was being serviced instead of me having to wait for hours in the lobby. It’s also very clean, they have a snack bar, and of course they do great work.

Took my car in for "B" service which is an oil and filter change and bleed the brake system to replace the brake fluid as required, didn't have any issues with the brakes, just preventive maintenance. I also asked for the differential lube to be changed as required.
When I called to set the appointment I was told the "B" service would be $500. which I thought was high, however, when I got there I was told it would be $650. Not Happy with that!

The differential lube change was quoted at $200. which I feel is very high for 15-20 minutes of labor and some gear oil. Not Happy with that!

I was there 4 hours from start to finish for this simple work, watching the technician who seemed to be having trouble completing the tasks and had to call on other technicians for help. Not Happy with that!

Finally the car went to be washed which was very nice.
When I got the car back and drove away, I noticed that the brakes were not right, very spongy pedal that went almost to the floor. Now I'm really unhappy!

I notified the service writer that I dealt with of the issue and was told it should work itself out but it hasn't. Now it's another trip back to try and get this resolved hopefully with a different, perhaps more experienced technician.

Returned today, Saturday, March 4th for correction of brake issues. All issues have been resolved at no charge.

Super disappointed in lack of communication. Expected better from Mercedes.

I had purchased a 2023 sprinter van, had it sent to camper van company to build a camper van. The van threw an engine code, the build company sent it to jacksonville florida dealer, they were fantastic pulled the code and ordered the parts however when I went to pick up my van but did not get a chance to bring it to Jacksonville for service at that time because I had to get back to my Massachusetts house. My next trip back down to my Florida house and i tried to call Rick Adam's at the Jacksonville florida dealership March 4th to the 13th with no response. I then called the daytona beach dealer brought my van in and they refused to call the Jacksonville dealer and refused to change the sensors that Jacksonville dealer found to be faulty. Wasted my time and very horrible communication. My problem is not fixed nor rectified.
