Ten outta ten. Way more cultured than GameStop. If you are thinking about GameStop, stop what you are doing and then turn around because you got the wrong idea. You think Walmart has that SNES game you were wanting, nope. You think one of those stores at the flea market probably has it, yep they probably do but it doesn't work and comes with roaches. Retro probably has it and if they do it will work, and if they don't have it they will help you find it.
