Hello, God covered us
Yesterday my yard man Mr.Rolle was cutting my bushes and noticed I got a stump at the gas meter. I had alot growth around it so l did not see it until he cut it low as he could. I smelled little gas coming from it. Call Liberty Utilities and told them my problem within the hour the technician was here. They turn my gas off fix my leak problem and God covered us. Now they are checking into the tree stump at the gas meter. Please keep that in prayer because it has to be done. Dillon, senior service technician for Liberty Utilities was so on top of things. Great customer service and took care of us well

Called to establish new service and spoke with Alicia who was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful, and efficient. As a former Customer Service Center Supervisor, I appreciate good service when I receive it. Alicia is a rock star. Her supervisor, Suzanne, must be doing a wonderful job as well, to have coached and trained a wonderful representative like Alicia!

Genuine care for customers and their concerns are rare these days. However, not once but twice I stumbled upon a supervisor who is OUTSTANDING in customer interaction--Alicia B. A few months ago Ms. Alicia B. assisted me, taking time to "listen" to my concerns and offering options to address those concerns. And, as fate would have it, I got her again on a recent call. Her demeanor was consistent with my 1st encounter. She showed genuine concern and empathy in trying to help me resolve my matter. Ms. Alicia B. intently listened, remained pleasant and professional throughout the call. Plus, she demonstrated a sincere desire to help. Oh, and did I mention, took the time out to send me an encouragement card? Who does that these days....? Well, Ms. Alicia B. does!!! She is an awesome professional with a caring heart. Thank you for exhibiting what "true" customer service is Ms. Alicia B.

To prevent from taking extra hours off work and traveling to the local liberty utilities office, I sent an email requesting a payment history of my accounts for 2014, not really expecting a response so soon. Not only did I get a response within 24 hours but the customer service rep "Wright" provided me the needed information with a "sincere" email requesting I contact her if I needed anything else. What great customer service! I'm so sick of calling businesses that get my $ yet have a recording system with a maze of options that I have to weed through before I even get what I need, if I get it......thank you for all of your assistance.

In a world of Big Business and corporate employees, Crystal Wright gave me the comfort of small town customer service. Unfortunately, I was moving into a new house that did not require gas when I met Crystal and she made me wish it did. As I cancelled my service I received the care and courtesy that is very difficult to find anywhere else. The professionalism and respect made me feel valued, even though I was leaving the service. How often do you see that? It was five minutes until closing time but she did not mind accepting me anyways and helping me out. I know for sure who I will go to when I require gas, or I am asked for a recommendation for quality gas service again. Thank you, Crystal.

I recently posted a very negative review, yet what I felt was fair and honest towards Liberty Utilities. I was angry with payment issues and a few other things that some of you might have read... I was going to just update the post and leave some of the negative aspects that I want them to improve on except in a more positive light.... I say these things because today I spoke with a representative of the company who I will let remain anonymous. He was not a lawyer or looking for anything except a better understanding of my issues with the said company and how to make me a happy customer. He goes through and reads these reviews and personally calls people to try to help his companies image ( working for a large company myself you must understand how rare this is). Turns out he made or someone has made policy changes that I was unaware of , and honestly they are the changes that a lot of you below and above have cried out for. We must have spoke for half an hour and after learning policy changes and working on my account I feel personally obligated to change my review. I can't imagine how many customers they have but they called me and never once asked to change my review ( I offered to change it about 20 minutes into the conversation ) which I was sure would be the first thing they would have said. This gentleman is genuinely concerned with the company and image and has made a lot of positive changes. I would recommend calling a representative and seeing what they can do for you , like I said they've made changes and maybe your account just needs updating like mine. I have posted no negative reviews , this was my first, and I'm proud to say I can change it to a positive review. I would say everyone who is angry, and trust me I was as well, give them a call and tell them your problem. I would recommend the phone over the internet for the time being. Again happy customer now and very glad I could change my review to a positive one. I now have a clean record of nice reviews. My customer service representative was Pam Mirabella. The power had been disconnected with my gas and even though I couldn't get it turned right back on today for some reason just the way she was supportive and comforting and explaining when it could be done made me feel as if I wasn't just another customer I know with difficulties. It has been the roughest 2 years of my life and I've been juggling utilities and bills all over the place. And Pam was just comforting and so she didn't say those exact words but you could hear it within the tone of her voice. Other customer service Representatives need to listen to her phone calls if you have them recorded. Thank you so much Berta K

Liberty Utilities is a great company. Customer Service is outstanding. They worked with us to try to solve a problem with a renter we had, even though it was the renter's fault the gas was turned off. They are always polite and courteous, trying every avenue possible to resolve the situation.

Paying my bill was really easy, I've only been with them for a month but they're not bad so far. Always help me when I call, and like I said. Really easy to pay online and took like 5 seconds.

I just spoke to a Representative name Brenda S. this lady was so kind and helpful, I have to call them back, when I do I Pray the next Representative is kind as this lady

Great customer service! I submitted a non-urgent inquiry online, and received a call the following day. The customer service rep I worked with stayed in contact with me via phone and email over the course of a week pulling more statements as I requested them (we have mutliple accounts for a business). She was quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you Crissie!

Cheryl in Columbus, ga location was great! She worked with me on my payments, waited while I gathered information for her on the phone and was very polite. Over all I had a very pleasant experience with her! Thanks girl. Stay blessed

I have had Liberty Utilities for years and each year is as great as the next! The customer service is outstanding. Their understanding and patience of some situations I have gotten into was remarkable. Always kind and ready to help in any way they can.

Holy Cow!!! We had an issue with our heating this morning and my husband called liberty because we thought it was a gas problem, Dillon showed up in less than an hour and now my house is toasty and warm! Give Dillion a raise, a promotion, something. He’s amazing! And we appreciate the customer care that Liberty Utilities and of course Dillion provided.

I experienced an aerosol explosion at my home last Saturday. The explosion blew out all my windows and my kitchen cabinets out of the wall. I encountered one of the most caring technicians. He name is mike. He stay for four hours to ensure that it was not a gas leak. He checked my neighbors homes and the neighborhood to ensure that we were all safe. He continued to work diligently with out frustration due to the time or my emotional state. He treated us as a part of his family and he continued to say “I will not leave until I find out what caused this.” In the fourth but close to the fifth out of his dilegent work, we saw the aerosol can that was close but had leaked and cause the explosion. Mike took the time and explained to me so I would understand gas and how it work throughly. Today, Dillan came back out to reconnect the gas and light pilots. He showed me the tests as he was being sure that there was no leaks. I also asked him if safety measures and he took the time to explain. I must say that the experience that I have had with liberty utilities service and personnel has be awesome. I feel even more safer that I know that these guys are part of the liberty team.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Alicia Carter at the Columbus Ga location is awesome. She delivered world class customer service. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend everyone to ask for her by name for all their needs.

As a housing navigator in Columbus, I come in contact with many, many service providers. I have found that Sean Vernon with Liberty is an exceptionally caring professional who excels at his job. When I have had concerns about establishing service, he has been the one to handle them quickly and with the kindness and compassion one would never expect from "a voice on the phone."

Very easy process to establish new service! Alicia provided excellent customer service! I am looking forward to Liberty Utilities servicing our gas needs for many years to come! Thank you for a great first impression.

I walked into the Columbus GA office and spoke with Alicia. She is so friendly, professional and helpful. She spoke like she actually cared.The liberty utilities lady next to her, Cheryl, was talking to a man at the counter next to me. She was not nearly as friendly.

The first encounter I had the tech go under my house then walk back thru my house leaving dirt and mud prints from the back to the front door..

But after that, all good. I had a gas leak and liberty came out to fix it.
They had to tear up my drive way to replace pipe. They then sent a contractor out to re do my drive way and he even made the opening a little larger for me which was nice.

After that the grass was tore up about 2 ft on both sides of the new drive way, I called liberty and asked if there was anything they could do.
The very next morning I woke up to another contractor laying sod in my yard, thank you!
