Langdale Ford Service

I was here 275 miles from home when I started having brake problems. I took it in and it needed front brake pads and rotors. They called all the parts places in the area and no one had rotors for it. They replaced the brake pads so I could get at least get home and hopefully get the rotors replaced there. They offered a shuttle If I needed to go anywhere while I waited. The staff were very courteous and they facilities were very clean and very nice. Customer lounge was quite comfortable. If I am in need of a repair ever again in the Valdosta area, Langdale is where I will go.

My representative Josh was excellent. Asked a lot of questions in order to totally understand what I was experiencing. They were able to find and fix the problem. I am very impressed with Josh and Ford for taking care of me.
