Teacher was wonderful. Facility was beautiful. Ladies up front were helpful and supportive community members. I've been away from my yoga practice for several years now and had a resurgence of peace about returning again. Thanks for having me.

There is a wonderful energy when you walk in the door! Toni and her staff alway have infectious smiles and make you excited to come back! I feel right at home! First month at this studio and I’m already hooked! All classes are welcoming, even for beginners like me! All classes have been open and make me feel included- even when I can’t do the pose yet. They are always encouraging and helping me to learn and grow without pushing me too far. I can feel my strength and flexibility improving with each and every class!

Louie is a very knowledgeable instructor. The class is paced so that both beginners and advanced yogi get the practice that is best for them. He also provides the perfect balance of movement, holding poses, and stretching. A great experience!

If you want a toned, new body for 2023, try GoodWolf’s new reformers! The workout you get from these machines & a little yoga is like no other. You will see muscles you never knew existed. Toni is an incredible teacher & motivator & has a top-notch staff that is unique & charismatic. You will not be disappointed. Best way to start your day or let off steam after a long day.

Absolutely love GoodWolf Power Yoga Studio! The hot yoga classes are challenging, but the amazing instructors encourage you to push through! Each instructor provides a unique experience, and very helpful if poses need to be adjusted. Can’t wait for my next class!

Everyone is SO genuinely kind, welcoming, non judgmental, and encouraging but instructors are also challenging! Lots of opportunities to push yourself but they are never pushy and also offer lots of modifications. Perfect balance. Beautiful studio, beautiful team.

I was extremely tense and frustrated walking into class, and within about 5 mins of laying there's stretching and breathing, I could feel it all go away, and left in a happy relaxed state. A really good mood.

I attended this studio, which is now Good Wolf Yoga since the doors opened. It has been an honor to see the owner grow herself by attaining the highest level of training offered by The Baptiste Institute. With music of the coolest vibe and a creative sequence based on Journey Into Power, and the assists, the classes are truly 5 star. I am also in the 40 Day Personal Revolution program and feel much more engaged with my practice on AND off the mat. I look forward to teacher training this spring.

Love this studio. Hot yoga is good for your soul, mind, and body. I always feel amazing after a class, and I love me some Angie! She always keeps the classes and sequences fresh. I even did two back-to-back classes with her once and appreciated that they were so different despite the same instructor!

I started taking classes at GoodWolf Power Yoga in December 2019, and immediately signed up for 30 for $30. Best decision ever! Yoga has changed not only changed my physical body, but my outlook on life. Thank you to all the instructors and fellow yogis for creating such a wonderful experience for me!
