Great Location, The Store Was Cleaned and Well Organized, Customer Service is Great The
Staff Greets You When You Walk in the Store And Its Good To Have one open 24 hrs in our Area .

I have been using this CVS regularly (at least once a week) since moving to Lafayette in 2016. Never an instance of being ignored or treated poorly as many other reviews claim. However, keep in mind that this is a 24 hour location in a busy section of town so it receives quite a steady, heavy flow of people! The pharmacy is typically understaffed, but being understanding of this issue and doing your part in checking the progress of prescriptions online/through text makes all the difference. If you distrust that recommendation but ‘have no other choice’, checkout with Stephanie. Genuine and a no-nonsense type person, but always checks insurance/GOODRX and even goes as far as letting me know if prescriptions contradict with others (she’s caught this mistake a few times for me and others I’ve picked up for).

I would like to say there is one particular pharmacist who is excellent (I will try to find her name and post a thank you). She was working during the day on Saturday August 10, 2019. After a particularly awful experience earlier that day at another location (corner of ambassador and Verot school road pharmacist Justin) , this interaction was helpful and kind. She was the only pharmacist working that day , obviously overloaded with orders but her demeanor was pleasant and helpful. There is another pharmacist that works mostly at night (Leslie) she is the opposite of this person.

The most chivalrous, studly, dudely guy help me out with all my heavy 7up boxes the self checkout this evening(9/4/20). He was super funny too. Made my whole night more wonderful. They are so friendly and helpful over there. Especially tonight. Not sure what’s up with abnormal star count thus far. Thank u masked mystery man

tonight, I needed help and Mike stepped up and helped when no one else would. he helped me at a time in my life he had no idea what was going on but he helped without knowing.
