It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Dietrich not only as a Dr but as a person! He makes me feel comfortable in talking about the problems I’m having and wants to explore why whatever is going on! He always reassures me and I leave there knowing that the problem will be resolved to the best of his ability! It was a great experience and I definitely tell my friends about him!

I would highly recommend Dr. Dietrich to any patient in need of spinal surgery. 8-9 months ago I started to experience foot drop which altered my gait, and in addition to being annoying, began to make walking a hazardous endeavor. It became alarming when my leg and foot began to go numb. After an MRI and a visit to the Tri-State pain clinic I was referred to Dr. Dietrich.

Upon evaluation he promptly scheduled me for lumbar disc decompression surgery 2-3 weeks later. Mid-June I had out-patient surgery in Lewiston. The first week or two was a bit rough, but after 6-8 weeks I was back to almost normal and continuing the building of our house. By 12 weeks the foot drop and numbness were virtually gone.

I now experience none of those symptoms, even though I must confess that I probably push the limits a bit. I have started to exercise more consistently in order to strengthen my core in hopes that I can avoid further injury.

Dr. Dietrich communicates very well and I certainly appreciate that he took a conservative, albeit aggressive enough approach to address the problem. The issue was corrected with minimally invasive surgery which made for less discomfort and a quicker recovery.

In short, I was able to complete work for my final inspection on the house. What more can I ask for at 75?

This provider is very knowledgeable. His conclusion is very wise and I feel comfortable with it. He explained my situation to me very clearly. He has perfect bedside manners. I appreciated that he did not rush into surgery; that surgery would have been a big mistake for me and he knew it. I would recommend dr. Dietrich to everyone, first and foremost. He is awesome!

Making an appointment to see Dr Dietrich went well. The office in Moscow was easy to find. The information I received from Dr Dietrich and his staff was helpful and gave my husband and I the background we needed to come up with a game plan for my upcoming back surgery.

Dr Dietrich has performed 4 surgeries on myself to date including a neck surgery a back surgery a hip replacement and another back fusion. He is in my opinion one of the best surgeons I've ever had the pleasure of being operated on he has a talent for putting you at ease and giving you the sense of trust in his ability as a surgeon he also has a great team of doctors and nurses to assist him I believe in him as a patient and I believe he's a great surgeon I am forever thankful for all that he has done for me and forever grateful thank you Dr Dietrich

Dr. Dietrich is the best! He has been my orthopedic surgeon since 2001, performing five spine surgeries and one joint replacement, so far! He is always so attentive to my problems and issues with my health and wants only the best for his patients. He is never quick to perform surgery, always wanting to make that the last resort, if possible. Dr. Dietrich is always honest and straightforward with his medical opinions. We are so blessed to have Dr. Dietrich as a part of our community. I cannot convey the amount of respect and admiration that I & my family have for him. With a an MRI that showed 94 percent restriction at the 4th and 5th Lumbar and constant numbing in my legs and a big trip was 20 miles, after surgery I am now very comfortable making trips to our son's home in the Tri-cities and life is so much better as I look forward to turning 76 in August! Dr. Reagan Hansen was the one who said " there's something else going on here and recommended the MRI and connected me with Dr. Gregory Dietrich! Life is good! Praise God!!!!

Dr. Dietrich made me feel comfortable and informed about my condition and treatment plan. He was highly recommended by a friend and I’m so grateful!

I struggled for several years through multiple providers with my back problems. Dr Dietrich was the only one that was confident in his diagnosis and in the treatment. Basically everyone else said, "I've never seen this before." Dr Dietrich said "This is what you have and here is how I'm going to fix it." In fact he was so confident, he said he would give me the keys to his car if he didn't fix me. Spot on Doc, thank you. A new car would have been nice, but the price was too steep.

Doctor Dietrich and his assistant Rychael Morton were incredible to deal with and the confidence they had going into back surgery and post surgery was incredible!!! Nothing better than trusting the people diving into your back. The confidence among them was encouraging and made my healing so much more simple!!! I highly refer them for anything back related!!! They're staff was and is extremely helpful too. Thank you for getting me back to as normal as I can get 😉👍🏽
