Best Ford Dealership in the State of Georgia !!! Other dealers tried to add more to the Bronco msrp !!! Stay away from Adel Baby bottom price !!! They wanted 13,000.00 above sticker for same Bronco that I bought at Sunbelt Ford in Sylvester ga at Sticker !!!

The parts and service helped my husband, they went above and beyond, we are traveling and had an issue, he had to disconnect from the camper and I stayed back with it, he told them our situation and they pulled the truck right in and got it fixed and got us back on the road in a timely manner, I would highly recommend the dealership

My husband & I purchased a vehicle from Sunbelt Ford recently and the experience was great! Upon calling the dealership around 9 am to see if they had what we were looking for, I spoke with Ben Sellars. Ben called us back and told us what he had and after exchanging more details we made the 70 mile trip over to meet with him. Since the majority of the details had been discussed over the phone, we didn't have to wait or spend a lot of time at the dealership! Ben got the paperwork done and we drove away in our vehicle that afternoon! We were amazed at how smooth & easy the process was and how professional yet personable that Ben was! Without going into a great amount of detail about the situation, I want to say how very impressed I am with the service department here. We are not from Georgia. We had traveled from out of state to pick up a used car we were in the process of buying.

We encountered an emergency repair situation and had the car towed to Sunbelt Ford. The Service Advisor, Vince (unfortunately I forgot to get his last name), went above and beyond to help us in any way he could. He got the car into the shop as soon as possible to evaluate the situation. We weren't aware of the issue until it came up. Since we had the car in the shop we asked Vince to have his tech, Trey Cole, do an inspection on the car and find any other problems of which we might not be aware.

Vince and Trey did a quick and thorough job of evaluating the car and keeping us informed every step of the way. Vince answered all our questions and provided us with valuable details that enabled us to make informed decisions.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Sunbelt Ford in Sylvester. I must say the Service Dept. is great, but one person in particular made my visit even better. Lawton Wilburn, the Quicklane tech, was friendly and caring not only to me but to my vehicle as well. He checked all the fluids, tires, brakes, everything to make sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go. Even though this was my first visit he treated me like family. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers and because of him, Sunbelt Ford of Sylvester is the only place I will get my vehicle serviced.
