Dr. Dustin L. Russell, MD

Today I paid off my bill with Mr. Russell. I incurred a bill after an emergency room visit in 2017. I went to the emergency room struggling to breathe because swelling in my abdomen was pushing against my diaphragm, making it impossible to get a deep enough breath. I went in around midnight. Mr. Russell was not actually at the small regional hospital, but he was reviewing cases remotely. It took him 7 hours to finally review my case, and then he said there was nothing wrong with me. It was a severe gall bladder attack, but Mr. Russell made me wait 7 hours in pain to tell me I was fine. When I visited my regular doctor later, it was confirmed to be my gall bladder. So, for the fee that Mr. Russell charged, that amounted to a small fortune, I received nothing except 7 hours of pain and discomfort and a misdiagnosis. Thanks for nothing Mr. Russell. You did not deserve a cent of the money I paid you.
