The prescription I was prescribed was pricey but the awesome pharmacy people called my doctor for one that I could afford and did so very fast. I was really impressed by them.

My favorite drug store. My last visit was for hair color, but couldn't pass by the cosmetics isle, and purchased several beauty items also. Got an $8 coupon for next visit!

Very impressed with the Walgreens staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The store was nice, clean, and fully stocked.

The Pharmacy staff is very professional, courteous and very helpful. In fact the whole store staff is excellent. Keep up the great work.

This place is headed downhill fast, regrettably. Been a change in staff and management for the worse. Downgrading from 5-stars.

My complaint is they do not accurately mark prices. You have no idea what something will ring up for until you get to the register. Pulled a bunch of drinks from the "clearance" section. Where one would put things on clearance. Tested a few, they ring up for a quarter. Great, get the whole lot. One particular flavor rings up full price. Why is that? Per manager: "Oh, that flavor is not on sale yet." Okay, they were all in the clearance section together? Nothing distinguished this one particular flavor. "Check back later and those will be on sale too." Okay, they have been back there for a week now.

Anyway, not really upset about the seltzers. They are on clearance for a reason. But it is frustrating when things ring up for a higher price than marked, you have to closely watch the tally, and then they act like you are trying to scam them when you point out a discrepancy. Also happens on everyday items when they raise the price but do not change the price-tags. I usually don't mention it because it's "only" a few cents, but it is annoying how often it happens. If it's not me it's the person ahead of me in line and I have to wait for it to get sorted out. I come in for the convenience and this is not convenient.

3-Stars seems reasonable. From my experience, the actual pharmacy is excellent. There used to be some A+ staff here, but have not seen them in a while. Everyday products are over-priced compared to other locations in town. But you can catch some really good sales if you are willing to put up with before-said hassles.

Pharmacist was nice enough. If you want your prescriptions on a 2 to 3 week delay on meds due to no stock. The pharmacist said they could fill my wife's meds then told me my was out of stock. When questioned they said guess what my bad it's all out of stock.

I wholeheartedly would not recommend any patient to have their medicines filled at this Walgreens location. Number 1), the pharmacists display their negative attitudes towards the patients for no comprehensible reason, and 2), they are very slow with getting your medications ready, it doesn't make sense.

This review is really about my mom, I just wanted to express my feelings on how nasty and unprofessional the pharmacists are at this Walgreens location. My mother had retrieved only 90 pills of one of her pain medications. In turn, she was supposed to have 120 in her bottle. This morning, my mother made a phone call to her doctor and was confused about one of her pain medications because the doctor normally prescribes her 120 pills. During the phone call, my mother told me that her doctor stated to her that the 90 pills were in error and that one of her her pain medication prescriptions were supposed to be written at 120. So that being said, my mother called the Walgreens pharmacy just a few minutes ago, and was told by one of the pharmacists that she was not going to fill the other 30 of her pain medication until December 7, 2023. This does not make any sense at all whatsoever. The doctor revealed the error on his part and therefore she should be able to retrieve her other half today. If I could report this pharmacy to corporate, I would gladly do so because it does not make any sense on how they mistreat the patients. My mother be in so much pain daily and therefore needs all the 120 pills to relieve the pains she experiences on a day-to-day basis. I look out for my mother so much which is why I am writing this review to warn others about this Walgreens pharmacy location.

To conclude, I strongly advise you to never trust this Walgreens pharmacy with your health because they will treat you like trash and act like you don't need your medication.

Customer service is helpful sometimes, one worker waited for me to bend over to grab my bag rather than hand it to me, kind of like dropping the bag. They don't always ask for the phone # and I was pulling out where the stop sign is and almost got hit by a worker pulling into the parking lot through the exit 🤦 y'all hire anybody don't ya.
Another night all the workers were out smoking cigarettes when I was ready to checkout had me wait on them. Came in almost every other day due to convenience and how nice I thought the store was, y'all proved me wrong.

I went into Walgreens around 5 oclock this afternoon to pick up a prescription. Two people were working in the pharmacy. One was not wearing a mask at all and the other had it pulled down under her nose. I observed for a few minutes and they waited on customers like that. I should have filmed it. I left without picking up the prescription. No wonder ga. Has the most COVID-19 cases per capita. I won’t be back.
