I originally went here for a loan, with how friendly and caring about my situation the staff was. Especially; Kaylee, Taylor, and Monica with walking me step by step through the process and keeping me informed the whole time. Along with answering all my trivial questions and if they didn’t know they quickly found out. Even before I was an actual member. Needless to say I plan on banking with them for year to come. Plus, the facility was clean, organized, and displayed relevant information.

Miss Brittany was fantastic Kayla trained her well requested a loan for a new vehicle and she made it super easy to complete and always with a smile. The credit union and it staff has always been very good to me and my wife and always extra helpful and professional. Thanks again

I'll tell you all, great and wonderful service the assistants and staff of Infuze Credit Union would do and share for all those that use this bank. In early October, I made a purchase for delivery by mistake from a scamming website, which promised me it would arrive the next month. After that, it turned out that it was once again, a scam. Because I went to it, and the page of the website was just left blank. Thanks to both Ashlee and Ms. Huitt, they were such a big help. In order to get my refund, they had me fill out a cardholder fraud form and the EFT, and I got myself a new debit card. Because it takes time for things to be processed in our bank accounts during the holidays of Christmas and New Year's Day, I waited, and finally, I got my money back just this month. Very helpful bank ICU is. I'd highly suggest you use this one.

We were traveling from Colorado, while trying to use her card she received a error message stating the card was flagged. Arrived at the Fort Leonard Wood branch to be taken care by Brittany. She made a stressful situation better through her pleasant personality and professionalism. She’s an asset to the bank.

Taylor and Leslie with Fort Leonard Wood Infuze was on their game. I came in for a last minute auto loan and even with being swamped with applications they was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Between Tonya, Taylor and Leslie I've never had a complaint.

I have had my eye on this bank for years, before I used to bank with Bank of Crocker, until the refused to cash a check, I wrote with them for a camping trailer I bought on let go. I got a really nice deal on it too. I had the money in the bank, and they told him they were waiting to make sure all my charges came out, before they would honor this check, needless to say, the man was about to call the sheriff, and wanted his trailer back. I got rid of the bank, opened an accout with infuse, I am treated with way more respect, than Bank of Crocker! This bank rocks!

Tonya Fenton is amazing. We feel like we’re the most important members when we call. Motorcycle, cars, trucks, campers, etc etc. 30 years of outstanding customer support. Just an awesome feeling to be taken care of no matter what.
