I always have the greatest experience here. Both my boys were born here and I couldn’t have been more happy the doctors the nurses and the staff were absolutely incredible.

Absolutely love everybody and OBGYN

The ER sometimes has a wait but everyone is always so pleasant and so nice and very attentive to our needs.

The lady at AMIC was kinda rude the one Time I attempted to go on walked right now.

But overall this hospital has treated me and my family amazing!!!!

This is the best hospital I've been to in the military. My family and I have used a lot of the services. I have five kids and peds has been exceptional! We love Dr. Grimm. I've had a baby there, it was the best experience, they always listened to my needs. Dr. Scarlotta and the midwives really took care of me after some complications I had after a surgery. I wasn't harassed the whole time, the knew my needs and that was it. We've used the ED and AMIC. all the Dr's are awesome down there. No problems at all. Finally my PCM, Dr. Strange. She is super prompt and resourceful, she was amazing! I read these reviews on here and I'm confused. Are these people new to the military? Appointments are not next day. This place isn't bad on appointments either. GLWACH has to service everyone post. I've never been rushed either. I don't ask unnecessary questions so I don't know about being rushed. I personally don't want to be there all day so I don't ask unnecessary questions. I think also that the staff need to be given some grace. You have the Army running that place. Everyone knows how unorganized it is. Stop blaming the soldiers and civilians. They literally work with what they have.

This is one of the best hospitals I've had the pleasure of going to, the staff is all extremely helpful, and they do follow the posted respect guidelines if you treat them fairly, they will show you the same level of fairness and respect you've shown them. They are always happy to inspire their patients and teach them more about the specific matter at hand, they take empathy to another level. All of the staff is extremely polite and intelligent. If you are fortunate enough to go here, you will see an abundance of compassion and they all seem to be very passionate about their job at General Leonard Wood Army hospital they will happily help you through your life's dilemma and you won't find a single layperson here.

Ive literally almost never had a good experience in a military medical facility (mostly with the Navy). But I had an unexpected need to visit urgent care today and I had an overall great experience here at FLW Hospital. All the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful for the most part and the doctors I spoke with acted like they genuinely cared about my issue.

I went to the ER the other day with chest pains and was admitted within 20 minutes. My nurse was so kind and made sure I understood every test and diagnosis. I can’t remember my doctors name now, but he was super professional and I didn’t wait long to see him. I would return to the ER but hope I don’t have to again.

Let me just say...my experience during my hospital stay last night was above and beyond. My nurse Karla was soooo sweet and gentle with me. The staff were all so genuine and I appreciate that so very much.
The FOOD at this hospital was very impressive. Mary from the cafeteria was soooo AWESOME AND SWEET! This lady is truly genuine in her ways. Even though we only spoke on the phone I felt like we knew each other for years. She sent me a special treat to my room right now before I get released and I couldn't be happier!
A big THANK YOU to the ER staff and covid 5th floor hospital staff for taking care of me and a special THANK YOU to Mary in the cafeteria/food department who takes the patient orders in the hospital...YOU'RE AWESOME!

My experience at this hospital in Nov 2016 was wonderful. My husband rushed me in the ER due to a complications from a surgery I had at the Mercy Hospital in Lebanon a week before and i needed a blood transfusion and emergency surgery. The doctors and nurses where amazing they helped me through everything and kept me calm by letting me know I'd be taken care of and had nothing to worry about. They doctor that did my surgery even called a few days later to make sure I was ok and if I had any questions or concerns. I'd definitely recommend this hospital.

One singular physician, employed at your facility, was what made me want to give a 5 star rating. I don't really have the best connection with my PCM. But, after experiencing some pretty crazy gynecological issues, it put me in the path of a doctor that I could tell truly cares, Dr. Emily Johannah Rogers. I had my first appointment with her August, 14th, 2020. She took the time to sit with me for atleast 30 minutes to answer my questions, and explain all of the necessary options to help my case. She even made sure that my blood pressure was normal before heading home, and she complimented my shoes.😉 Since attending this hospital, unfortunately, I have had health professionals make me feels as if what I was experiencing wasn't serious. And, they always seemed rushed, and never wanted to actually take the time. I can tell by her overall disposition that she has such a lighthearted sense of humor, but she takes you seriously and wants to get to the bottom of the issue. Bottom line, I would have given Dr. Roger's a hug...if it weren't for COVID. This is bedside manner that is needed! I highly recommend Dr. Emily Johannah Rogers!

While visiting the Emergency Room, thanks to one of the Active Duty Sick Call Room staff members, Ms. AH, I was able to get a quick view and outstanding briefing of this excellent facility; a huge benefit for military retirees as well.

As a fatality in a Mass Casualty drill, I got to see a portion of this place few living people get to see.

I was laid on the autopsy table in the morgue while the staff went through the motions of the processing of a body. They handled it with a gentleness and compassion that speaks volumes about their respect for the job.
