Jesse is extremely nice and very honest. I have used them for multiple appliance repairs at my house in North Beach. They have great prices and I saved a lot instead of having to throw away and get new one. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Darlene is such a nice sales lady. Helpful and accommodating of prices and pick up times. My husband and I have bought at least 5 or 6 pieces of furniture, including a refrigerator for our garage, from here.

Dishonest. Do not trust. I put $500 down on appliances with the understanding that they may not fit. I told Darlene not to hold up a sale, if she had an opportunity to sell them please do. It turns out they wouldnt work in my kitchen. I even provided pictures. I went for my deposit back and she refused. There are no signs stating the deposit is non refundable. And it is not on the receipt. Do not give these thieves any of your hard earned money.

My husband and I voluntarily put a $300 deposit down on a washer/dryer combo awaiting restoration, even after being told it wasn't necessary, in good faith because they genuinely seemed like good people. The appliance was still awaiting completion of restoration when we unexpectedly ran into a financial issue and requested our deposit back. They refused, even though the deposit was not required and they did not disclose to us that it would be non-refundable. Do NOT trust these people!!
