Gammon Field

Gammon Field Is Very Cool! All sorts of very fun activities and graduations happen there! When I went there for the Fourth of July celebration it was very fun; they had music, activities, food, and fireworks it was great. Without doubt Gammon Field is very cool, and going to Fort Leonard Wood is awesome! Have a great day!

Gorgeous setting for Graduation. It would of been better if we weren't facing the warm sun for that day so you can see more of the soldiers faces, but it was a gorgeous day!
The only thing I didn't like was because of 3 companies going at the same time, there wasn't enough space in the bleachers and people were standing out in the grass and not being respectful of the others sitting trying to see!! They need to do something about that!! Supply another set of lower bleachers or chairs for everyone to sit and see!!

My daughter graduated boot camp this past Thursday and it was very nice.

Went to Fort Leonard Wood for my daughter's Army Basic training graduation. They held the ceremony at Gammon Field, which was easy to get to. Parking was down the street at Baker theater, on the street around the field, and in front of the bleachers. Arriving 2 hours prior is key, so plan ahead, hooah! The bleachers are covered but can still get wet, we had a good soaker the night before so we had to wipe off the bleachers where we sat, used dollar plastic ponchos to sit on. Great place to watch the basic training graduation, beautifully done, much nicer than my basic training graduation. 👏

Enjoy this field overlooking the stunning Engineer Castle as the best of the best (Sappers) conduct their final X- Mile event. The grass is similar to other grass however this is sacred ground for Regimental Engineers from all components. Essayons. SLTW, Hollywood Powder Company!

Flew into the airport on base for my son's Army Boot graduation. Cab ride to the field was quick. The ceremony wasn't too long and the weather was perfect. Beautiful spot for the graduating soldiers to complete their training

Just watched my son Pvt. Patrick Burleson graduate boot camp there today. Everyone of the soldiers were very polite and helpful.

We attended a Graduation at Gammon Field. Very Nice performance. My son was able to see this type of Graduation for the first time and he's 53. He definitely enjoyed the performance of the Graduation class and I as well.

Went to my sons graduation here. Very fast process getting in and out. Very easy instructions to find the field. Everyone was helpful and nice.

I went for my daughter's Army Basic Training graduation. The field was very well groomed and the seating was adequate for the occasion.
