Nice functional fitness area. The other equipment while not the newest was still serviceable and usable.

Gym hours haven't reflected on Google yet, but we are open 0400 - 2200 (10pm) Mon - Fri.
We will be closed on ALL Federal & Training Holidays.
24hr gym pilot was nice but the numbers didn't reflect to stay open for 24hrs therefore the closing time was pushed back so all getting off work later than 1700 and DS could find time to come get a workout in. Hopefully this helps out and everyone gets to enjoy more gym time without rushing a workout.😊

Female SFC working at the desk totally professional!! Asked the SFC if DoD Civ could workout at 0400 or if it was for Soldiers only (some bases do that) she told me to come in Sign in, basic gym etiquette applies and enjoy your workout. 0400 in the morning!!!

Love that it is 24hrs! Finally someone listened to all the drill sergeants hopefully next we can get up to Ft Jackson level and provide daycare around the clock for single Drill Sergeant parents with kids.

I'm going to miss this place. Plenty of free weights and squat racks, so there was never a wait. Machines weren't really the best, but that's not it's forte. Felt like a highschool gym in all the right ways.

Best gym on base if you want free weights or olympic bars. Lots of racks lots of room.

My go to! Clean gym, great staff, anything you need to work on- it’s there.

I loved the 24/7 test pilot I hope they keep it.
