Genuine Cuts/GinaP Loc'd N Loaded

We have been in Missouri since 2016 and found Genuine Cuts not long after they opened. It only took one visit and we never dared to try any other barber shop in town. Moe has cut all three of my sons and besides being a fantastic barber, he became someone they looked forward to seeing thanks to his playful nature with kids. All of the staff in Genuine Cuts have worked with my boys and all have done a great job. Never a complaint after leaving the shop. The staff is easygoing and fun to hang out with and the shop is always comfortable.

Went in for a walk in today there was only one gentleman in front of me. After getting in the chair I was politely asked how I wanted it cut, I showed Deacon a picture and he did a great job. I’ve been searching high and low for a barber to do what I got today and they always give me something else. I look forward to coming back for my next haircut. Everyone that walked in the door was super polite and friendly, the atmosphere was great as well.

The price and service are exceptional. $15 got me a great cut and a shampoo. After the cut, Christy used a straight razor on my neck and around my ears, then applied a great smelling lotion to my face, massaged it in, then wrapped my face in a hot towel. She also does straight razor shaves for $5, which I will definitely come back for.

Been there once and it was a great experience. It was one of the best haircuts I got. Definitely will come back.

The worst haircut I have ever had in my entire life was done at a competitor shop in town and just about every other shop in town said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Moe and Miguel fixed me up with a great look and since then I'll never go anywhere else. Moe and Miguel have my business and strong recommendation. These two are the wizards of the barber shop 💈! Easily the best haircut in town, even with all the competition. I arrived to town with a few sloppy haircuts from previous places and the barbers at Genuine Cuts took the time to understand my wants and delivered the cleanest, best looking haircut I could ask for. Their prices are very fair, cash only but with an ATM on site. However, they aren't a well-kept secret and are often times busy. Call ahead to make an appointment if you are short on time, otherwise enjoy the colorful and friendly environment while you wait for a cut. Highly recomend!

Great cut at a great price! Staff were friendly and the place has a fun and cozy atmosphere.

They do a good job at cleaning your face/head up afterwards with a hot towel so you don't have to worry too much about stray bits of hair all over your face/down the back of your shirt, which is an issue I have at most places that just give you a quick brush/blow-dry.

Nice place, clean, professional, and welcoming. I got my cut done by Pages and he set me up with a nice fade and a sharp clean line. Just reported to Leonard Wood little less than a week ago and was concerned that there wouldn’t be any good barber shops, but Genuine Cuts is a good place and I would definitely recommend it.

If you want a great haircut, go here. I’ve been to 5 different barbers around the area and this is by far the best. Excellent staff and they all know what they are doing. I’ve been twice so far and been extremely happy each time. Keep up the great work!

I would definitely recommend Gina if you have locs. She has been doing my loc maintenance for the last year and I’m always satisfied when I leave. She takes the time to learn what works best for YOUR hair specifically, not just what works for the majority. Her prices are also extremely reasonable!!!!

As far as the barbershop, I definitely recommend anyone looking for a hair cut to come to this spot. I don’t get my hair cut personally but I know a few men that do and they’re cuts are always amazing!! (I’ve also NEVER heard anyone complain about getting their hairline pushed back!)

I remember the first time, I met Ms. Gina, and she tried to talk me into getting some locs; it took me almost a year to listen. And let me tell you it was the best decision I've made. I love my hair now, and especially Ms. Gina. Thanks you now, I don't spend a lot of time fixing hair. Oh did I mention am always greeted like a Queen here. Keep up the good work. I had been without a haircut for two weeks plus, due to my barber relocating. I was referred to Genuine Cuts by my coworker. After getting my haircut, it felt like life was brought back to me. Perfect name for the perfect place. If you want to get a real genuine cut then this is the place for you.

Great place to get a haircut. They will do walk ins as well as appointments. Great staff that knows what they're doing and very reasonably priced. Even when they were busy it didn't take long at all for them to get me in. Definitely one of the better places in the area to get a haircut.

I just found this place about three weeks ago. I didn't have an appointment but they took right away and it wasn't a long wait. Staff is great at what they do and very friendly. Non expensive for a quality hair cut. I highly recommend this place if you need a hair cut.
