It’s great, for me of course because the conveniences. Honestly just a skill issue for people who can’t find what they’re looking for. A lot of these people don’t have the patience to tell the customers something and speak their mind here like something is wrong. Just ask politely and you’ll get your way faster.

I deal with them on a regular. And I must say not all employees seem very happy at all. But I've never had a problem with dropping off prescriptions , waiting or picking up. Call in refills a couple of days before running out and wala they are ready when I need them. Ive noticed that they do screen calls and seems drs are priority being they have a certain line for them. But over all they do the job they are paid to do. Make this as a reminder people in customer service are not paid to be nice to you. Its is their personal choice. But no one notices until they get someone's real personality. And obviously cvs isn't concerned because they have been like this for years. Hmmm maybe its the customers making them that way ? Anywho as for myself I work in customer service and I always try to give my best despite what I may be going through. Always smile. Hopefully things will get better

Never had any problems, always had my meds ready for me, everyone was helpful and friendly

CVS is my favorite pharmacy. I love the support I get and the many deals.

The pharmacy Department is always busy like always had to wait for prescription they need more help in that department just like all of them overworked and underpaid

Curteous, helpful employees. Easy to see isles and clean. Has customer bathrooms with easy access for wheelchair bound customers, well stocked, and knowledgeable cashiers to help with your needs

I like that the Pharmacy Call/Text when Prescription(s) are Ready to Be Picked-Up

Try not go here much. Expensive and no matter what checkout takes forever
