IHG Holiday Inn Express on Fort Leonard Wood

Cant tell you how many time I lost my card. The staff were nice and courteous. They always helped me when I needed it. The room I had was nice size and provided great amenities. The housekeeping were professional and did a great job maintaining the rooms. Only thing I suggest is bring the TV closer so people don't have to blast the volume to hear it. Main plus for staying here as well is that the laundry is free.

My room was a kitchenette style but it was very nice very spacious. Stayed there for my sons graduation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom was also very neat and clean. I'll stay there again if I'm ever in Ft. Leonard Wood again.

Update: now that I'm not the only guy in the building the hot water works. The maintenance crew responded right away to fix a flood in the middle of the night. 5/5. Love this place.

Nice rooms, very helpful staff. They hand delivered a note from my partner when I was having a bad day. ac doesn't work and hot water takes about 18 minutes to warm up though. 4/5

I stayed here to watch my husband graduate from training with my twins a while ago, and the staff was very accommodating, as I needed two cribs in our room. It was roomy enough in there to fit both cribs perfectly. I also really lucked out getting a room here, as they tend to fill up quickly with all the families wanting to stay there at the same time. If they appear full online, I would try calling the hotel directly. A nice woman helped get me a room because someone had canceled just before I called. They only problem I had was finding this particular hotel because my phone had bad service on the base when I arrived and I couldn’t use my GPS. I couldn’t really see a sign in plain sight up high while I was driving. The staff kindly helped direct me there when I called. I highly recommend this hotel.

big enough kitchen, has Keurig with coffee pods, microwave, electric stove, refrig/freezer, but you need to bring your own pots, plates, glassware, silverware etc, if you don't want to eat out alot. Very clean updated room, big enough but not huge. Closet is 6ft with 6 hangers, I asked for more & that made a big difference in keeping things wrinkle free. Staff is friendly but the cleaning staff is exceptional & truly makes a long stay easy. Great bed with firm & soft pillows, good room temp control. plenty of mirrors, lights, plugs. I recomend 3rd floor in the middle, example rm 315, away from laundry, elevators, ice machine, stairwell. 1st choice always, no other hotel offers as much for long term stays. Also has a good gym & business center. Internet is spotty at night only if the hotel is completely full. Solutions, 1. bring a Firestick if you watch to watch tv or stream off your computer. you will get a better picture. 2. turn your internet off on phone, you can use data with hotspot or go to the gym they always have fast internet and clear tv. They serve a free breakfast from 630 to 915, fresh fruit, wide selection of pastries, full hot breakfast including eggs, bacon, Belgium waffles & so much more. If you are on a budget or hate mess hall, you can make p&j sandwiches, chips to take for lunch. The pastries make great bedtime snacks, just put in microwave for 8 sec. Breakfast lounge has bags & assorted plates to carry out. I encourage to tip the Staff as you go instead of waiting untill you leave, for they go beyond to make your stay as cozy as possible. This review is more for peeps staying a week to 6 months. Meat eaters, Plenty of places to barbecue, Toms slaughter house is 30 minutes off base but Highest quality cuts & price is cheaper. Dogs are welcome for a fee, gated dog park is available. Laundry room on all floors, detergent pods work best & easiest to use. lastly you will never hear your neighbors, even during Superbowl.

Great hotel, I am at the Holiday inn BLDG 2313. It is newly remodeled and has a kitchenette, bathroom, queen bed, and desk area. It has a rather large closet as well.

Rooms are set up like a small apartment. 2 burner stove top included! Very nice and clean hotel.

How could you not love it? The food was excellent. The staff is super and the room was clean and fresh. Definitely a top notch place!
