The food is authentic Vietnamese Cuisine. It is so good. We enjoyed every bite. A lot of food for the amount of money spent. The owner talked sports with my husband and he really enjoyed it. We love going to places that make you feel like family. We will definitely be back. I am a plant lover, and the fact that they have plants 🪴 throughout the restaurant, I felt right at home.

Very good food and service! My first time here and first time every having Vietnamese cuisine. The owner? Manager? Walked me through some suggestions he was very friendly and helpful. The Pho was awesome! Also got some rice dish, dumplings and egg rolls all were very good. Enough food to last three meals and it was worth it. Can’t wait to come back!

Customer service is oh Gosh so amazing. He has great conversations with you and if it’s your first time he definitely gives a great first impression to help you decide what’s best for you! Both of us had the steak pho #2 and I added Siracha and spices to mine but without it out it was very flavorful. I also tried to lemonade tea and it was sooooo good. I will definitely be bag. The pork eqq rolls was very delightful also.

This place was AMAZING. We are from Arkansas and found them en route to Alabama for vacation. It's family owned and the man in charge was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. We had never eaten Vietnamese cuisine before and he recommended the hot pot. It was terrific. Prices were very reasonable for the type of restaurant that it is. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. We hope to visit on many more road trips to come.

This is my go to pho restaurant. I tried a vegetarian dish (mi xao chay) this time and didn't care for it. It was too salty. I'll stick with the pho from here on out. The pho is always good and flavorful. Their spring rolls are good and fresh. I love to get their lemonade ice tea. My daughter likes their hot tea. Customer service is consistently good.

This gem in Flowood has great food I visited twice during my trip because the food left a great impression. The owner also provided a warm welcome and provided great service. I also recommend the house made lemonade, the rice dish is Bun Chay the soup is Vermicelli and shrimp pho.

I kid you not! They have the best Vietnamese espresso! The hot pots are cool and fun (spelling? Soup) is so much fun to eat with the chop sticks! Makes me feel like I am eating authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Always had a great experience at Saigon. The amount of meat/noodles may be a little less than other places, but the value and flavor is definitely there!

OMG this Pho was so much better than the reviews. I got crab legs but would have gotten another meat if I had known how good the Pho was...I am not sure where the bad reviews came from (only two that I saw) but this Pho was just dang GOOD. If they had some cocktails they would be a part of my monthly social budget. And the place is old but very authentic and clean. It seems family run and they were all nice! Don't miss it! IJS

If you have every wondered about if you should try this restaurant, please do it!Literally the best restaurant and food ever. Every time I come in, it’s always so nice. The sweetest people, the tastiest tea, Pho, and coffee, and just a simple environment making everything pleasant.
10/10 recommend EVERYONE to try it.

Delicious and plenty of food! I ordered the pho tai nam then added lime and plum sauce to it. I'll be back here whenever I need to run an errand in Jackson

They were a little crowded but there food came out very fast and it was delicious.

This is the best pho I have ever had! Grabbed it for takeout and was excited to dig in when I got home. I was totally blown away. My order was ready quickly and it’s clear that the place is authentic. Don’t go anywhere else in metro area for pho!

I've been going here for years now, the food is always excellent, and the owners are wonderful! It's a hole-in-the-wall kind of establishment the Bun Bo Hue is my favorite dish, and seems to be exclusive to Saigon. It's bold, it's rich, full of flavor, has a nice kick that warms the soul. I'm fairly certain I wouldn't have survived college without Saigon. I used to bring my textbooks and work on assignments while I worked on a big, steaming, bowl. It's a peaceful environment, and the owners have no problems with anyone coming in to get some work done.
