I met my sister for a Sunday afternoon quick visit. Our barista was friendly and helpful, kindly explaining new menu items and giving us good advice.
Clean, comfortable dining room wasn't overly loud or crowded. Perfect for a laid-back visit.

Oh my goodness, it was my first time here, and I LOVED it. I was rushing because I needed Wi-Fi for work right quick, and this was the closest place. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich warmed up, and it was magical. I was able to complete my work, meet some new friends, and enjoy a new environment for work.

This Starbucks is amazing! My experience was decent considering this is a new location. I ordered the “Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino” and it was fantastic! I really like the interior and exterior design of this location. The inside of this Starbucks is cozy and well tidied up. The staff was very friendly. The wait time was okay, it could be improved though in the future. Overall, I am satisfied with my visit and purchase.

Service was fast and friendly as always at this Starbucks location. Our drinks are always delicious and accurate. It's a bit inconvenient that they can't take mobile orders or have the inside cafe open at this time due to staff shortages, but that's not the fault of the employees. I had no trouble ordering in the drive thru the old-fashioned way! Keep up the good work, and if anybody reading this hasn't tried the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino yet, you need one!!!

I'm always happy when I come here. The staff is extremely friendly and has made an effort to learn my name & order, the drinks are always good, and it's a great place to study & chill. I come here on my breaks to study and I'm never disappointed with the service!

The coffee is always spot on when ordered at this location. The staff are inviting and accommodating to the customers request

I didn't eat here but I can say the building was nice and clean.
Next time I will sample something and update my review.

Stopped by while waiting for my family to order food from another place in the same strip, but the staff was super friendly and quick! Bathroom was very clean, as was the whole store. Definitely recommend.

We stop at this location every time I visit my sister. It's easy to get in and out of, and it's right off of the highway.

Both of our white chocolate mochas had a burnt taste and waaayyyy to much syrup. We love Starbucks though. Maybe next time it'll be better!!

Zak is one of the best most friendly cuatomer service people i have ever met!! He went above and beyond anything he had to do for me. Our country woyld be better if thwre were people like him that treat people the way they should with warmth and compassion... appaerently it comes from the top the mgr is abigail and she was just as customer conscienc as he is. I have nerver wrote a review but they were 2 of the best people i have evere came across is business setting. Thank you so much....

They do a great job filling orders quickly. Was very grateful to find them open Thanksgiving morning. Went back the very next day. :-)

I go here probably at least 3 days a week & this location has the friendly staff! No matter how busy they are they always greet you with a smile on their face and they are always working very hard!

This particular Starbucks manages to make my drink the same exact way every single time. I've never had that burnt coffee taste that I have from other Starbucks. There's also something about this franchise/company that just makes people want to pay it forward, which is always great.

Tonight was the first time we’ve ever been inside the Brandon Starbucks. Very nice and cozy. The staff greeted us and each one spoke to us and when we were leaving one told us to have a good night. It’s so nice to walk into a place and feel welcomed. Way to go employees working 11/19/20.

Everyone here is always super nice. The location is kind of annoying to get in and out of but even that isn't too bad.
