Very helpful In finding best price for prescriptions. Was very patient with me today. I was met with smiles from the whole staff in the pharmacy. When I left, they all told me thanks for my business and have a great day. It was a great experience for me.

I had a wonderful experience with their sales associate Taylor! She was extremely helpful in showing me how to order photos online and also helped me add my discount. She was very friendly and made the whole visit worth it!!

Two stars instead of one only because when I CALLED, they finally went ahead and filled the prescription. This has happened the last two times I got a prescription here. Service used to be reliable here, but I'll be going elsewhere next time--and not to another CVS. The CVS in Dogwood has been even worse.

Each time I checked their text message link to see when my prescription would be ready, the pickup time had been pushed back by an hour or two. It should not take from 10am to 4pm to ready a common antibiotic.

Thanks to their inefficiency, my getting my child to the doctor first thing in the morning has done absolutely no good, and she's going to have another miserable night of strep symptoms because the antibiotic won't have had time to go to work.

The drive thru pharmacy service is not user friendly. I have used CVS for 3 plus years. My pharm insurance favors CVS. I will change in a heartbeat if I am allowed. I am a physician, I do not know how a person with limited medical knowledge can get proper medication or instruction. I call 24 - 48 hrs in advance and then I am told at the window it's not in, there is a shortage etc. I finally got the pharmacist to come to the window. At first he said the same story. I argued my case and he left the window and returned with the correct medication. Amazing. If this was the first time , I would not write this story. I have left written complaints with the acting store manager. I am fully disgusted.

Awful experience! I get my medicine in 3-month supplies. 3 months ago I go to pick up my medicine. They don’t have it, but they don’t tell me that. They just change it to a different brand and send me out the door. I didn’t realize until I was leaving on a trip out of town and needed to start the new pack. It’s not life or death situation so I just used what they gave me since it was similar enough. The medication doesn’t work and I had bad side effects. I went in last Friday because I got a text that my og medicine was in. I go in and it’s the alt medicine they gave me last time. I spoke with the pharm tech about my problem with the alt medicine and she changed it back to the og but it wouldn’t be in until Monday. I go Monday and it’s not in and was told it would be in later this week and I checked to make sure it was the og medicine they ordered and was told it was. I got a text Thursday saying my og medicine was being filled and a ready for pickup text Friday. I went in today Saturday and they try to give me the alt medicine. I tell them that’s not my medicine and explain again my problems with that. I would have tried another brand if they didn’t have og as long as it wasn’t alt they gave me the first time. She argued with me about what my prescription was and wouldn’t give me anything but the alt medicine because that’s what was in the system that someone had changed once again. Pharm tech said to another “we keep trying to give her this and she won’t pay for it”. Heck no I’m not paying for medication that I have come up here and told y’all 3 times in the past week doesn’t work! The lady I spoke with Friday came and explained again to Pharm Tech what happened with the prescription, how it’s not working, how it was changed back to og and now somehow changed to alt again. Pharm tech sends my prescription to a different pharmacy chain. I go to the other chain and they said cvs didn’t call them to even see if they had my medication which they didn’t. So I spent the next hour crying in my car and calling around Pearl/Brandon and neighboring cities to try to find someone with my medication on such short notice. Thankfully Brandon Discount Drugs had a month supply and I was able to transfer over there. Ryan was so nice and helpful. The whole staff was in fact. So don’t go here to cvs. They don’t do their job and are so rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Just from the short interaction at Brandon Discount Drugs that I had today, I can tell they’ll care about my needs much better than cvs has. What should have been a 15 minute trip to pick up my medication turned into a 3 hour ordeal.

I dropped a prescription off at 4:30pm, was told it would be ready in 2hrs. Went back at 6:30 and was told 1 more hour. Got there a little before 7:30 and was told they were working on it now. The cashier was very rude while talking with me and acted as if u were bothering her. Finally at about 8:15pm I'm told it's ready and that they now are not allowed to ring it up for me cause the store hours says they close at 8 so I have to come tomorrow. This is said while she is raising her voice and huffing and puffing as if I'm in the wrong. These were medications that were desperately needed at that moment and they could have told us they couldn't fill it and we could have gone elsewhere. The next day when I went to get it the new cashier threw my prescription on the counter. When I called and spoke with the manager he had a smart mouth as well and didn't even want to talk to me. I will never use them again
