This place is so neat and clean. It's definitely not your ordinary gas station type restaurant. It's a real sit and eat restaurant. We've eaten here 3 times and haven't been disappointed yet. Their breakfast is good and the prices are really good. Their hamburgers are amazing and they have the best clam strips I've ever eaten. You have to try the onion rings. The staff is very friendly and you always get your food in a timely manner.

Excellent pizza! This is a cute little place with friendly service. Chocolate pie was delicious! We are going back tomorrow for breakfast!

Soft shell crab sandwich and onion rings hit the spot. This was a great Sunday afternoon midday meal. We always have a great meal here.

This is a local haunt. It appears everyone knows everyone. Very casual and friendly place. One of only 2 restaurants in town. Service was reasonably fast and the meals were good.

This was our 2nd time eating here....The flounder fish plate with FF and home made "special" tartar sauce is fantastic. (The owners grandmother's receipe.) Hush puppies & fries done just right are great and so is the deserts! Out waitress had a boot on her healing leg but was very good. Seating is only six tables but drive up window is constantly busy. Prices for food is fantastic and everything is fresh. If you are anyplace near here, (We drove from Cedar Island about an hour away.) You have to find this hidden gem on Harkers Island. (Hint: It is full of local people not tourists like us!) Places like this are far and few between and very hard to find.

Wanted something different after a weekend of fried seafood. Their pizza is made to order, so be prepared for a wait. It was worth it. Ample toppings, fresh crust, soft, yet nice crunch. Tasty unsweetened iced tea.

The clam chowder & tartar sauce are the best of their kind! Also really great salads

I love a simple setting with good food and nice people. I ate several meals here recently while fishing. Everything was fresh and good. Loved the hush puppies and home made tarter. Breakfast was great. Very nice staff as well. I will be back in the future.

Good down home community restaurant. I do hate the fact that because of COVID they done away with their buffet bar. But they still have a very good menu and always have a special. At times seating can be limited but they are pretty persistent on getting people through. And even the other customers are always friendly.

Not just a gas station, this is a must stop on Harkers Island. Excellent fried seafood. The super shrimp burger was full of big, lightly breaded shrimp. The oyster basket was a definite hit. Probably the best hush puppies I've ever had. And you need to try the tarter sauce - yummy.

We have been eating here since it opened...good food in relaxed atmosphere.

Very good food. Service was good, but they're short staffed like everywhere. Be patient. Worth the wait.

I had clam basket shrimp basket and fried oyster basket and they were all cooked to perfection double cheeseburgers were also awesome. Only complaint was went back again on Tuesday to get some food and they were closed

Do not let the convenient store next door deter you, this little charming place is great!!

The seafood lasagna is deelish!! Apparently you've gotta come early, because it is a high demand!! We had the 4 choice seafood and lasagna. The soft shell crab was perfectly fried, oysters, crab cakes and shrimp. All made in house!!!

Almost forgot, Savannah, our server was so helpful and sweet!!! Sorry we scarfed our food down, so the only proof we have is this half eaten key lime pie ;)

Good food with very reasonable prices. If they have the meatloaf special going on that day, I highly recommend it.

The last time I had food at a gas station, it ended up being the best barbecue in Kansas City, and that's saying something.
Sea Side Galley was on the way to Cape Lookout and we needed to fuel up anyway. WOW! This meal was surprisingly good! Thanks, and we'll be back! Great fried oysters!

We got the most excellent pizza from these folks this week. It was a medium...supreme. My daughter and I, both pizza lovers with healthy appetites, had two meals each from this! Two pieces were very filling. The pizza had about five meats, plus, olives, mushrooms, green peppers, onion, jalepenos...and maybe more...plus a delicious cheese or two ...oh and a perfect crust! Loved it! Gonna try to post a picture ...

Great food good service! Only problem: please put cushion on your booth seats.
