We’ve been in need of a mobility van for quite some time but they were always out of our reach financially. This week, however, J.R’s Auto Sales listed several vans at lower prices than we had seen previously so we drove to Shelby to check them out. They had more than one that looked good. After test driving we settled on the van that was a perfect fit. J.R. was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It was an easy transaction and a real game changer for me! JR was not pushy and let me make my decision in my own time. The car was priced pretty reasonably compared with other places. I financed through my own bank. I’ve been driving the car for 2 months and it’s been excellent so far. I had looked for a car for a very long time and had a lot of poor experiences on dozens of lots - this was nothing like that. J.R.'s Auto Sales is such a nice place to buy a car. As a single mother of 3, I loved how he treated me like an equal. He didn't say things like "have your husband check it out", and he I didn't feel like he was trying to get one over on me just because I'm a female. I really appreciated that. It didn't bother him at all when I asked to have my own mechanic look it over before I signed papers. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family vehicle!

JRs auto sales is one of the best used car lots around the area, my daughter and I bought a car from there 2 months ago and had the absolute best experience. We were able to take the car to our mechanic to make sure we were getting a good deal and everything check out good! Took the car back and said we will take it!!
