MS Medical Associates -MMA Urgent & Primary Care

The staff are extremely friendly. They made me feel like they actually cared about my wellbeing. I saw Toni Armstrong. She took her time to explain everything to me, and made sure I had everything I needed after my visit was over. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit, because I know they'll take good care of me.

The nicest people that I have ever encountered at a Dr. Office. Had to wait a bit due to it being on Saturday. It was worth the wait just to encounter lovely people genuinely concerned about your wellbeing.

I love the staff here. They are always super helpful. But what makes them the absolute best, is they are so amazing with my kids. They always take plenty of time with my 6 year old and my 3 year old. We come regularly for allergy shots. My kids come in like they own the place! They are so wonderful!

There aren't enough stars to adequately rate this place. Visiting Red Bay for Tiffin work, my husband took a wrong step off the campground patio. Two days of ice and elevation didn't get rid of it, so I called on a Monday morning, and the nicest lady ever said they could get us right in within two hours. She told me to call her when we got there, and she would even come out with a wheelchair. They did x-rays in-house to check for damage. Every person we dealt with there was absolutely the sweetest ever. They make you want to be from here. Thank you all so much; we made it to our appointment. (Edited May 10, 22 for grammar.)

The nicest people I've ever dealt with in a doctor's office. The receptionist, nurse and nurse practitioner were all very kind. They got me in as a walk in and took my illness seriously. I was very happy with them and highly recommend.

I found MMA Urgent Care on the internet while visiting Red Bay, AL. They got me in right away. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. They took care of my problem and called me in a few days with a follow-up. I am grateful for their help.

Awesome staff, professional, clean, coffee in waiting area, TVs in every room, minimum wait time with very efficient & knowledge staff. Highly recommend..... I have been couple times excellent service ! They also have the pagers if you want to wait outside!!!
